Had the spicy tuna sandwich, it was very good but probably not worth the hype. But it’s definitely worth trying at least once for sure but probably wouldn’t spend £10 again to get another 😂
Even though some of the food is over priced, I still the amazing food and some cool deals on the app but here are some of the things I believe should be introduced in to the app.
Pink Diamond members should be discounted more on each items as well as offered special deals.
The challenges section needs to be more clearer in terms of tracking the progression of each challenges.
There needs to be introduced a status above pink Diamond which maybe allows users to redeem their points.
my go to are the pick me up juice & spicy tuna sandwich - both always hit the spot. staff are friendly - especially the girls they’re so lovely :)

Sunday morning was a nice time to visit for a quiet drink and something to eat. Coffee (flat white) was good, as were sweet treats on offer - quite a range of pastries and muffins etc. next time I'll need to order a more healthy juice!
I always ordered J&J online and this is my first time walking in. A girl called Nama told me the promotion activity for free sandwich and she was quite friendly and attentive. She recommended me some new sanwiches. Great experience and taste of Joes Club is superb as usual.
The coffee is great, I really like it that they have Pea powered drink / milk (Sproud milk) that’s high in protein whilst low in sugar and calories.That’s so nice to have so many options and milk alternatives - well done!
Tried the Avocado sandwich??? Absolutely delicious!! Going back again soon.
Music can be a little loud and ideally would be nicer to sit in if turned down a few notches please 🙂

Update (Original one star review below): it’s been about four months since my last review and things have changed spectacularly! The customer service is now great and I haven’t had a wrong order (which used to happen every second order) in months. When I sometimes have it, the team is great in sorting things out (vs. a ‘so what, just drink up’ attitude in the past). Great job changing the customer service levels. I am now happy to keep coming here.

I have had a Joe a day for a while now. This particular store has, by a big distance, the worst customer service of any store I have gone to. The orders are often wrong, the checkout process doesn’t work and the staff treat you like they’re doing you a favor by serving you. I’m now on the lookout for another place to get my daily veggies. If anyone at Joe central is listening, please consider opening another store in Canary Wharf. You’ve got great food so it’s sad that you’re being let down by such atrocious service.
