I popped in with a friend as I was in the area, service was good, the chai was really lovely, food was nice too.
But it is really crowded in this branch, there is not much space in between tables at all.
Apart from that I would definitely try a chai wala again !
My bestie and I came here on our trek through London. The chai was superb (you can get either sweetened or unsweetened). We got panipuri and samosa chaat, both delicious. My favorite was the chaat as the panipuri chutney was a little too sweet for my taste. Service was fast despite a full house. The staff are also super friendly. Seating is somewhat limited, but not a long wait for a table. Highly recommend!
Alluring Ambience. The quality justify it's name.
Exquisite pink tea ☕.. I can always remember how lovely that tasted.
From the recommendation done by Harman we ordered some fries, butter chicken roll, karak chai and Karak coffee. I must say everything was superb delicious. Thank you harman for the great service you offered and loved the way you treated and helped as well. Best employee ❤️❤️
Tried the takeaway Karak Coffee. Not too bad though slightly overpowered by the sugar and spice.
This is one of several branches that have opened up but my first visit and just happened to be on The Broadway, Southall. Will try to sample a few items on the menu and likely some of the other stores.
I've been to 2 chaii walas, Watford is far better.
I come here regularly for the karak chaii - the best in Southall! I have had food on a couple of occasions - freshly cooked to order, good quality and well-presented, but allow for a wait during busy periods.
Great chai. Food is quite nice too. Service is lacking generally unfortunately. Tables take time to be cleaned. The cafe is understaffed so you will need to go to the cashier if you want anything done. Items are quite pricey and seem to be getting out of hand.
A different type of very tasty TEA is prepared here by mixing Almond and pistachios. Tea lovers can enjoy this very tasty tea here. The staff is very nice and helpful. Table service is not available here you have to do self service here. Situated on main Broadways Southall London.
Hi..,
Here the review to the chaiwala southall
The food of the shop is very good and the ambiance is also very good and the staff is very help full.
Special thank to ASHVINI .(ASHU)
Keep growing and she is very hardworking
Superb staff service and the atmosphere was really peaceful with good music. Food was really quick by serving staff. Front staff was having a positive smile and that’s made my day. Will recommend each and everyone.
Even if the products that we ordered were great and the place was nice, the toilet was smelling like vomit and the place is small and very crowded so it's hard to have a relaxing time here as you need to speak loud in order to hear the other person.
Good Café on Southall Boradway for a Decent cup of tea. As the name of the Café suggests, the tea will not disappoint you. Tea mixed with essential herbs and boiled with Full fat milk to get that extra creamy taste is mind blowing, Good for a great saturday post park run treat.
the busiest branch I’ve seen!! as a result food was slow, but over all good experience.
Chaiwala - Southall.
Placed was complete packed managed to get a mint choc chai from the seasonal range and it swam down a treat, thank you guys, great service, see you again soon.
Good place to eat at reasonable prices. Gets really busy on the weekends but still they manage to get the orders in time.
