We expected more of a wow factor for the food. We had high expectations I guess after reading the reviews and Noble Rot's general reputation. All the dishes tasted good but not amazing. For the price you'd expect something a bit more special I guess. Other than that we had a nice time. Cool decor inside. They have a great selection of wines! A special mention to Jonah who was really lovely and provided great customer service

This evening was an absolute joy.
Came from France on a Saturday night without any booking considering there is no chance I'll have a table.
The lovely lady at the front instead kindly took my phone number in case there is a cancellation.
Less than 30min later, a call telling me there is a table available for an hour and a half, more than enough for me on my own.
The food was super from start to finish. Some simple recipe but perfectly prepared and VERY well seasoned.
On top of that, a great selection of wine by the glass that I could pick from. I decided to go for the trocken Riesling as an aperitif then I left my waiter giving me his recommendations.
Surely it was a bit pricey, given I took a glass of wine on every single course , I think it was worth every penny, thank you so much to Guy, my waiter, who was an absolute gentleman, to the lovely lady taking care of the bookings (sorry to not have ask your name), and in general to the restaurant which was a recommendation from a sommelier friend who was absolutely right, this place is amazing !
I had been excited to check out Noble Rot and was not disappointed. However, it really helps if you're a wine aficionado (which I am not!!). However, the food I had was awesome. I started with a salami appetizer which is a gigantic portion so be forewarned. I next had the Choux Bun, Duck Liver Parfait & Tokaji Jelly which was fantastic, the white asparagus (which is seasonal), the salmon on toasts which was sublime and for dessert I had the pannacotta which was also amazing. Service is informed and welcoming. I would definitely pay a return visit with a wine person but not sure if I would make this a go-to on my own.
Loved everything about the restaurant. Great food, warm and inviting service. We made reservations but the rest of the group didn’t arrive till 45 minutes after due to traffic. They didn’t rush us and made sure we had everything we needed.
This was a strong recommendation from a foodie friend. It didn't disappoint!
Food wise, french fare, done every well. Their lunch set is very well priced. That liver parfait in choux pastry is a must-try!
Service is on point, polite. If you engage them on wine, they'll discuss.
For me, their wine selection is the highlight. Many wines by the glass, and an iPad to go through their extensive wine list that makes you scroll non stop. We had 5 glasses of wine, during lunch.. just right lol.

What a buzzy place! Excellent wine (we had a Margaux - beautiful) that starts from £25 and goes up to £100. Great and inventive small plates, good cheeses and a passionate, knowledgeable member of the waiting staff who recommended what to eat and drink with encyclopaedic gusto. Will certainly be visiting again when in town.
Excellent food, brilliant selection and I felt very welcome. This is a great place to go for a birthday and they made it extra special with a special Italian pudding and candle. I will come back here again.
It almost seems backward from a typical restaurant. You go here for the fabulous wine selection and then you pick delicious food to accompany it. It was delicious, and I will definitely be back!
Fantastic spot to discover exceptional wines. Try as many as you can by the glass and don't be shy to ask for recommendations. The food was excellent a year ago, but was not to their usual standards when I visited in June. But the wine definitely makes up for it.
Nice atmosphere, great service, good wine, and great food. This place deserves all the hype around it, I enjoyed all the small plates and the mains.
