Popped in for a white hot chocolate mocha on sunday in the morning for my first day back at work in the NHS after maternity leave. Didnt get the barista name but absolutely wonderful customer service was so polite and I asked for small amount of coffee as am a bit sensitive to it and he made the coffee perfectly and was so kind. Made the perfect start of my return back to work with his expertise and kind nature. Thank you very much
Anyways one of the best chain for coffee and other. Cannot stress enough to go and try their Italian pancetta sausage bap. Divine.
Served today by a really friendly barista (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) and the coffee was really good.
A big brand yet located quite conveniently at the Edgware Road Station. This particular Nero has a charm of an old Italian barista and ofcourse their coffee is no nonsense Italian.

Outstanding customer service
I’ve been a regular customer for the past 5 months , 5 days a week. I can honestly say that the shop is clean and the staff is awesome. They remembered my order within few days I started visiting the shop, not only that , but I’m also one of these crazy customer with a crazy order (tall latte with oat milk , not too hot). So far they delivered my coffee with smile on their face , always making jokes, always friendly, always chatty, it feels welcome coming into the shop. A gigantic thank you to the staff : Sabrina , Ligeia, Erik and Manuel, and last but not least the manager Angelo.

Standard small Nero. Giving it a decent rating as it's super well placed to the entrance of the tube for you to grab a coffee, it's very fast, and staff are always pleasant.
Service is fast and staff are very polite and patient. They make my coffee exactly as instruct.
More a place to grab and go your cuppa of Java, before boarding the tube. Service was reasonably quick and pricing was okay.

Great team at this branch. Always very friendly and cheerful. And the macchiato is excellent, Come here 5 days a week and wouldn't go to another chain.
