I visit time to time this branch, and I cannot see issues yet. Clean, efficient and customers served fast.
Good point is:
Toilets are working. There are two basins and 4 toilet cubicles.
Most Prets now have toilets closed and lie, it's down to broken toilet, toilet paper holder, sink etc.

I have been going to all the prets for many years but the manager that really stands out from the rest is Karen Cortes, every morning you are greeted with a beautiful smile, and she is very professional and a hard worker.
She deserves credit for her manner and consistent enthusiasm šā¤ļø
This Queensway branch is very big and has plenty of seating. Not too busy when I visited.
There are toilets available at the rear.
Had hot chocolate here recently. It was fine. The place is pretty well segregated considering Covid rules. Couldn't fault much. Good place near the Queen's station to grab a quick bite to eat or coffee.
Served quickly. Staff were friendly and as mentioned hard working/quick. The latte I ordered very good. My only gripe is the table that was free I went to sat at was full of sort of crumbs off croissants/cake etc. Plus it was just left like that. The table was free whilst I waited so not that someon
