One of the best pret I have been so far.
The espresso was a perfect balance of velvety crema, body and taste, A real surprise! Keep going in this direction!
I’ve seen other reviews from around 8-10 months ago and it says that staff were rude and terrified of the manager. But now when I visit, it’s very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff here are very efficient and kind and most of them deal with angry/frustrated customers very smoothly!

First Pret branch that give me the right coffee without repeat order . Hazelnut one pump exactly. Staffs friendly , totally different from Pret at Hammersmith Station!!!!

Had an amazing experience! The barista Julio severed me and met all my requests and made me feel really welcome! He never stops working, all in kinda guy! He’s interactive with all the customers and engages like no other! He deserve a pay raise for his effort! Thank you!
Great place for coffee, can get overly busy in the morning, with very little control over the amount of people who go inside. When waiting in a queue to go in, you may end up waiting behind someone who is just standing there waiting for a bus. Staff are nice and efficient. Coffee is good.
Definitely the best pret I came across in terms of service, staff selection is excellent and you can easily notice the quality of the collaborative management, complains seriously taken into account. Amazing team, keep it up!
What’s not to love about Pret! The customer service is second to none and the staff are always so attentive and friendly. It’s always spotlessly clean you could eat straight off the counter!.
