The young black man who makes coffees, the supervisor with the short goldish hair, the Latin American man who makes coffees, and more are all lovely. I love coming here! Super friendly and lovely conversation. Just an amazing team all round. You can tell they make a great effort with their customers and local community. Sorry I didn’t catch their names.
The staff make this place great, they are consistently busy and short staffed. The customers come across rude quite a few times but they handle customers professionally and are exceptional at serving customers.
Was there yesterday late afternoon/evening. The Barista (male curly dark hair) absolutely made my day. A happy and friendly encounter is so nice after a long day. And still being that cheery at the end of a work day next to a busy station is admirable!
Delish... Every meal was a hit back-to-back. We need to hire their cook/chef in our staff canteen!!!
It's my local Pret and I have the coffee subscription, so I'm there everyday.
There's a Barista and for him nothing is too much trouble. He's very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff and always efficient. Gets busy due to proximity to station but the queue is always handled well.
I was just at Pret with my mother and a lovely lady called Marina was awesome! She was so kind and friendly and made us feel welcomed! Thank you Marina!!
Best managed Pret I’ve seen. Please is clean and I’ve never seen so fast delivery of coffee in London. Delicious flat white and the service was super fast, professional and kind. 👍👍👍 well done!

Was queued out the door with rush hour and staff were clearly busy & stressed (especially with a plague on and apparently no ppe given to them, shame on you pret!) but they were still very polite & friendly, and had my coffee ready very quickly. Thanks folks!
The place was very clean and organized, and I been served by girl name Dominika - she made my day with her smile and her incredible customer service! Definitely will be going back there for morning breakfast and coffee to go :)
