Nice relaxing atmosphere. Easy to order drinks and they are very helpful and bring the drink to your table.
One of the best coffees I have ever had in the city of London, amazing atmosphere and excellent customer service. I will definitely make this place my regular coffee shop.

The team was so friendly and amazingly helpful. I would 100% recommend popping by. I did not know which new drink to try on the menu and they helped me pick out the honey oat cardamom and it became my nee. Favourite drink.

Black Sheep is always my go-to if I need to park myself for a couple of hours during transit. Dorota at the Bank branch was so friendly. The brown cheese + jam waffle she recommended to me was truly amazing...

Needs a big message board for new customers - the self service screens can sometimes be mistaken for adverts---- a message near the screens that asks customers to place their orders could help (wouldn't hurt for sure) ---- but overall, 5 stars for sure.
