This pizza was SOOOOOO GOOD!!!! I just came back from Naples a few weeks ago and this Pizza Pilgrims pizza was better than any one I had in Italy. I got the double pepperoni and hot honey pizza and added extra rocket. Also, the service was so fantastic! Natalie was helping me at cash and she was so kind and helpful. I will be back!!💫⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only criticism I would give is that there wasn’t a lot of toppings on my pizza. It felt like I was eating more bread than pizza.. other than that all good :)

Best pizza I've ever tested thanks to Francesca. I had a normal margherita and my friends had an Aubergine and a mushroom pizza. They way everything melted in my mouth 🤩🤩 my new favourite spot

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Karolina was so kind and helpful, answering all of my questions and making sure that I had everything I needed. She even recommended some of her favorite pizza flavors on the menu, which were all absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere was lively and fun, with a great mix of people enjoying their meals and having a good time. The food was amazing - fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I loved the pizza - it was some of the best I've ever had!
Overall, I had an incredible experience at Pizza Pilgrims Westfield, and I can't wait to go back. Karolina was a huge part of what made it so special, and I'm grateful for her kindness and attention to detail. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and a fun night out!
Made my 1 year old a bunny shaped pizza. The staff were so friendly and even helped carry the pizza over for us. They were really conscious of the allergies we states. Great service. Made our day.
Being located in the Westfield food court, it can be difficult to find a table to sit at but the food and service itself from Pizza Pilgrims was great. Cashier was fast at taking the order and food was ready within 10-15 minutes. Being given a pager for when it was ready allowed us to find a table while it was cooking.
The Margherita pizzas we had were delicious. They had a nice sourdough base and was cooked in a stone oven adding to the flavour.
The garlic and herb dip was freshly made and very tasty. Recommended this if you like pizza.
Carlo was really nice and smiley. He has excellent customer service. He even gave me a free dip which was kind of him.
Usually chain restaurants doesn’t always deliver the best food and experience, however Pizza Pilgrims does instead. Francesca made a wonderful pizza which reminds my Napoli. Grazie mille Francè! Top!!
I ordered the Margherita, and it was amazing! The synergy between the richness and creaminess of Cow's milk Mozzarella, and the light, slightly bitter dough from cooking from being stone baked in a traditional brick oven made this an amazing Neapolitan pizza. Even my Italian friend agreed!

Deepika was so great! Really patient with me as I figured out what I wanted despite the hustle and bustle :) These are some of my favourite pizzas in London but today’s pizza was quite watery in the middle and I’m disappointed :(
