I would like to fully recommend this restaurant if you are seeking authentic Italian cuisine.
My husband and I discovered this place after lockdown and it’s our favourite place to visit if we fancy pizza. It’s just so delicious and I can truly say- they do the best pizza in north London!!! They also have big range and different varieties of pasta. We haven’t tried pasta yet only because the pizza is too good to skip 😅 We've been told all the products to make pizza or pasta are being imported from Italy to make sure customers can really taste Italian homemade food! And we can definitely confirm it!
Service- every time we visited the restaurant, we've been served by young couple. We don’t know their names, but they are always there! We would like to say HUGE THANK YOU as they are always very welcoming, smiling and they make you feel very comfortable. You can tell, they really care and make sure the customers are living happy and satisfied.
Prices- For Finchley Central area the prices are very reasonable. You really get what you pay for!

The place and the food was very good. I really enjoyed a full English breakfast. The service was quick and the lady who served me was very polite and friendly. The restaurant has offers everyday of the week on different plates and wines. I would definitely recommend it.
I want to say, thank you so much in general to all staff from Beretta Bistro. They gave us the best customer service that we ever had. My partner Santiago and I visited the place on Sunday 04/10/20 and words are not enough to describe such experience we have had. Gary is the most helpful and polite Manager you could meet. The chef is an artist, the dishes are beautiful and delightful.
We had the opportunity to meet the owners, they gave us an amazing experience with a lovely environment. Made us feel at home.
We wish to you and all the staff all the success.

This establishment is a hidden gem! Unsuspectingly, at the back, there is a tranquil Italian style garden with gorgeous lanterns and Lemon trees imported from Italy! Even banana trees! It’s absolutely unique to Ballards Lane. The service is faultless! Super welcoming and warm! Highly recommend!

The food was brilliant worth the money and the portions are really generous.The staff are extremely nice and the customer service was great. I extremely recommend place for anyone who wants to enjoy some good food.
Great food with good service and nice atmosphere. Also the presentation was beautiful. I wanted a non alcoholic cocktail drink and they made me a lovely mojito.

I hadn’t had a pizza like the one I had here in a very long time. What a surprise, food is beyond amazing and ingredients are all authentic italian. Lovely atmosphere, amazing Olives, amazing Parmigiana. The only negative thing is that they have been closed for the past 7 months I believe and I can’t wait for them to re-open. Grandi!
Unexpectedly great meal out with this restaurant - the moment we’ve arrived it felt right, we were made very welcome. The staff were courteous, attentive and very generous. Food was fresh and delicious, particularly the things that they bake on the spot in the big brick oven. Loved the pleasant choice of melodious music with a strong European flavour. We aren’t local but will consider making a journey to dine there again. Thank you, guys!
I dined here with my two young children, who can be very particular about their food! The pizzas were freshly made, and looked and tasted amazing! Not a crust remained. Service was friendly and efficient. To top it all, such great value. The place is also big enough to feel safely distant from other diners. Highly recommended. I hope people flock here, Finchley needs to support its best restaurants.
I have to say the food is amazing, the portions are nice,the staff is very friendly and the chef Omid Shahid is fantastic, I really recommend.
Highly recommend this restaurant because of the friendly staff and genuine Italian food. We enjoyed appetizer with prosciutto and cheese, lasagna, and the handmade dessert: tiramisu. When we asked the staff to take the photo of us inside of the restaurant he was very happy to do so and we had a very nice memory spent in this restaurant. We will for sure visit here again.
Surprisingly tasty, very warm and inviting atmosphere. Has a garden on the backyard so you don’t see it from the front. Clean cutlery. The food - really homey and tasty. Also, extremely friendly staff and good service. Definitely a place to come back. Worth more than a lot of Italian places at the city center.
Fantastic meal at a great price.
I usually take a picture my food but realised I'd missed the opportunity, it was too good, so apologies I can only help with words! There's a real family feel to this place with the owner being there and his father (I think his name was Raul) being the chef. We were hosted by Gary who was very welcoming and he designed the cocktail menu - trust me, these are good. My partner and I shared a starter, had a pizza each, shared an incredible tiramisu and a couple of drinks each and it came to £45 - so great value! We'll definitely be coming back and very much recommend this to everyone!
Came in for a meal with my wife and can honestly say it's been the best meal I've had this year. The food is unreal and Giovanni gave us a service I don't think either of us will forget any time soon. The price we paid in comparison to the quality of the food was honestly baffling. I thought they made a mistake but it turns out they're just generous with price. If you don't come you're missing out!
This whole pandemic I have been anxious about rejoining society but this place was such a wonderful experience . The service and the hospitality was 10/10. Me and my friend were made to feel very comfortable and even the music had an authentic Italian vibe to it. We ordered a pizza and although thats quite basic it was so delicious. It was a random stop but even though I am on the other side of london I would definitely come back!! A special mention to the manager AVD who made our experience so memorable.
