Came here after some shopping. Staff were decently friendly and it’s pretty quick service. Food was nice and fries also come with sauce. The pouch drinks are really nice and full of flavour. I would come back for these, however, a little pricey for juice.
It was my first time having Korean food. I was curious how it tasted and the friendly staff behind the counter advised me. The question was very simple: what do I need to order if you want me to come back again.
Answer: Rice bowl with chicken, lettuce and kimchi. Said and done and yes it really tastes great. I was a bit scared of the kimchi's taste but it tastes very similar to the Turkish pickle I used to eat in my childhood. I will definitely eat Korean again.

FOOD AND DRINK- The drink was amazing! It was a really nice and creative concept with the pouch, although I was struggling to open it 😂😂. You could really get a strong hit of blueberries and raspberries and a matcha flavour? Not sure if it was just my taste buds but it definitely fit in!! Now for the mains, the fried chicken was made to perfection. It was fried at perfect time, it showed because the batter was soo crispy! The chicken inside was perfectly tender and felt like it was falling off the bone! The chips were nothing less of amazing quality with them being crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. Everyone else on my table got different food but all wanted bites of mine because of how good it was :))
SERVICE: The woman at the counter (not sure of her name) was very helpful and told me all the halal options and recommended some of the unique drinks they had. The food came very quickly.
ATMOSPHERE: This was no dislike to Seoul bird I’m just not a fan of Westfield White City and like Stratford much more, but I think Seoul Bird made me like White City more!
Will definitely be coming back if I come near Shepard’s bush!
Seoul Bird is located in the open food court, popped by for a quick lunch bite. The Service was quick, only waited a Few mins to order and food arrived in 10 mins.
I went for the Seoul bowl with chicken and sweet chilli dip.
Chicken tasted good, very crispy and rice fresh. The lettuce did look on the brown side. But overall it was a very filling lunch meal and big portion size for £10.
I would recommend and come back again 😊
We loved our Seoul bowls. Fried chicken, rice, slaw, sauces and fries. Only five minute wait. Large serving and very tasty. Really enjoyable.
The burger was tasty. There was quite a queue and the staff were friendly. The menu was pretty straight forward. It was hard to find a space to sit. I would say its a good place to eat but nothing particularly special I can say about it. The prices were average not too expensive.
Great service from helpful, professional and patient staff. We had the rice and fried Korean chicken. Kimchi was delicious but costs extra. The fried chicken was very crispy but little was given for the price. Definitely a healthier option for lunch.

Highly recommend the Korean fried chicken wings which are well worth the price for 4 very large wings in a savoury and sweet batter using high quality chicken. Enough for 2 to share.
The Yuzu Green tea was very refreshing and full of flavour.
Seoul Bird brings a messy, colourful and fun street food experience and highly recommend.
The Korean Fried Chicken Wings tasted alright and the batter was very crispy. It came with Korean barbecue dip, salad, and pickled daikon. However, after having had fried chicken in Korea it wasn't as authentic, but pretty good nonetheless!
Second time here and the bowls are consistently great. Generous portion and reasonably priced. You can get the salad (instead of rice) and it will still fill you up. Both sauces are decent and helpfully come on the side. Personal view, definitely get the grilled chicken. That’s the winner, along with their Yuzu ice tea it passion fruit cooler (personal taste dependent but expect sour from the cooler, beautifully sour!)
The Korean fried chicken is not great - the batter is too thick and not crispy enough. There’s much better options for KFC out there. The Mac & cheese is too salty too.
Freshly made food. Tastes brilliant & pick a choice of 2x different sauces to pour on top your self.
This kids mc & cheese & 2x soul bowls with crisp fried chicken.
Available with either grilled chicken or fried or mushrooms option.
I order for take away ,the food came out very quick. The burger was delicious.
The Seoul bowl was really tasty and worth the money (the sauce come in a separate pot), chicken was really good too but somewhat overpriced in my opinion, MacnCheese was my fave!. Overall nice food but in Westfields eating area difficult to get a seat during busy lunchtime so maybe try Canary Wharf branch.
