Really nice place, I bought an espresso macchiato with chocolate Cake (their best seller), I put for add on triple chocolate on espresso and on the cake. Everything is really good Foods, Services, just for the Atmosphere I give 3 stars because the cafes is really busy and I don't feel very relaxed. Anyway if you want a hot chocolate, or you are a fan of the cake go there. It is delicious. 😊

Chocolate date! One of the best Hot Chocolate i had in London. It is so rich and the triple chocolate on top just on another level. Must try with triple chocolate add-on. This place is usually busy, recommend to reserve a table if not you may have to wait to be seated. The chocolate cake is soo moist and chocolatey
Delicious hot chocolates although service could be better.
Their staff mixed up our orders and instead of clarifying with us, she kept going back to their counter (brought our drinks and then took it back 3 times) so by the time we received our correct order, it wasn't really hot.
It gets busy on weekends so definitely recommend making a reservation.
Famous place to chocolate. Order and Top Up with triple chocolate, and you enter in a different world altogether. We shared a regular italian milk hot chocolate with triple chocolate between us. A triple chocolate piece of cake is absolute bliss. Top recommended place to satisfy your chocolate craving.
Nice friendly place. But very sweet. Too sweet. Even if you like sweet things. Free glass of water is “must have” for every order.
Triple chocolate will make your photos very instagram-able, it is my suggestion.

Cafe style experience. Great for chocolate lovers, you can get waffles, crêpes, pancakes, cannoli and so much more. There is also a small savoury selection of dishes. Average prices for London. Staff were friendly and accommodating, although do not feel that the venue is well catered for larger groups (there were 10 of us and believe staff were only expecting 7 or 8, but accommodated us anyway). It was too warm inside initially and quite a few of us struggled with the temperature, but staff turned the Aircon on and things improved. Food was unique and tasted nice. Had a milkshake (pistachio) which when presented in a glass to have on site looked great, but once transferred to a takeout cup, did not look or taste anything like the original version, which was quite disappointing. The flavours seemed to disappear with the glass and felt we ended up with a milkshake that was little more than a very lightly flavoured plain milk drink with cream on top. Was not worth £6.90 in that form unfortunately.
Would possibly come back in a much smaller group next time, feel the experience might be better.

Went for the large 3x chocolate hot choc plus a slab of chocolate cake with chocolate poured over it plus a slice of almond cake. Absolutely delicious but so filling, supplied with doggy box n bag to take home
Decadent treat! Very sweet. I ordered a small dark Italian hot chocolate with the triple chocolate and a slice of the chocolate cake with triple chocolate. A lot for just one person, best to split this with a few others. Price came out to 15£. Friendly staff with a nice atmosphere!
The best hot chocolate we ever had! If you are in London it's a must try. The ambience makes you feel like you are in 1900's. Regular hot chocolate itself is amazing but if you need a punch, add triple chocolate which takes the drink to next level.
I have been coming to this place from past 4 years. Earlier this place was Said Dal 1923. This place serves possibly the best hot chocolate place in the UK. I have been here multiple times now and nothing in their menu ever disappointed me. Do try the Gianduia hot chocolate (triple chocolate). BEST. THING. EVER!!!
A great choccie shop with loads on offer. I went for chocolate cake with espresso..the cake was excellent and just right but I thought the espresso lacked punch but that might be just me because I like very strong coffee. I also had pistachio ice cream which was excellent. I recommend a small cup of pure dark chocolate... It was excellent.. Although I tasted the hazelnut too and that was also excellent.
The service was excellent and friendly and for the area the price was reasonable. I would certainly recommend going here if you like choccie things with choccie on top.
Never had a chance to go here when it was said dal, but my experience here was amazing. Got the small hot chocolate and added £1.50 for triple chocolate overflowing from the cup. So my total was £6.50 Might be a little expensive for a small cup of hot chocolate but tastes really good!😊
Hot chocolate is a must for anyone in the area. We wouldnt especially recommend anything else on the menu (although it is not bad, and we have tried it all). Quite expensive. Bring insulin
