Good burgers as always! I woofed mine down as it was so tasty. The chips were not as good as usual though. They felt dry. I always liked the refillable drink fountain as there were so many choices. Two mini cheese burgers and a small fries plus a drink were £22.50

Staff are always busy working and not talking to each other in front of customers which seem to be a regular occurrence in establishments nowadays.
Burgers perfectly prepared/packaged. Always have a speedy collection! When I had a previous issue, the duty manager fully understood, sincerely apologised and resolved it immediately.

Very brightly lit store and kept clean. Staff and areas kept well sanitised. Even though 6 people had ordered in front of me I still got my meal order within 5 mins. Excellent advertising from 5 guys as I wasn’t sure if they did the eat out help out but this was clearly displayed.
Chips were crunchy, hot and spicy - I highly recommend the Cajun fries if you like spice. The banana milkshake was perfect with real banana pieces in it that you can drink up from the straw. Amazing juicy burger. I really like how you can choose all salads for the burger. A meal can be shared for 2 as a double burger meal is really heavy especially with a milk shake.

Two guys working on fries on wednesday gave my the most fire fries I've ever had in my life. Had a great conversation with them think they said their names were abdi and mindipal will Deffo be returning for them fries. Should rename it Two guys cause these two guys gave me a W.
Great staff. Asked if it was OK to order 15 Mins before closing, nothing but smiles and chat from them. They also do metal reusable straws! Best 5Guys I've been in, and I've been in a few. 👌

I love Five Guys to bits. And Chiswick location is as amazing as any. Fresh ingredients, tasty food, fries to die for. The only issue was that the burgers this time were quite overcooked and dry. Still yummy!
Other Five guys are better because I have come there 3 times and the soda machine was always broken. What if I want to talk to the manager? Next they’ll say that the manager machine is broken 😂

Five guys is pretty consistent with it's food and I've eaten in several. This branch stands out because of it's fantastic staff. They really are attentive, cheerful, friendly and actually the best burger joint staff I have met. Latest visit 30/03/23, as good as previously. Best burger in Chiswick.
This five guys is pretty small compared to others but the staff was nice and was quick.
