Butter Believe It supplied our wedding cake and made (and beautifully packed) their most delicious cookies for our wedding guests as favours. We wanted something a bit different than the usual white cakes so we were a bit nervous. We were so happy with how our wedding cake turned out and we were so thrilled to see it at the reception venue. The cake was delicious and most of our guests went for a second slice when offered! Haya was excellent, she was attentive, caring and communicated with us every step of the way. We couldn’t recommend Butter Believe it enough for any special occasion!! Still waiting for the professional photos, our photos just don’t do it justice!

Phenomenal cakes from this cake and coffee outpost, next to Spitalfields market. Stopped off for an amazing peanut butter cake and an americano (from a La Marzocco espresso machine, as is practically the law in London). They had a great range of other cakes (including an intriguing red wine red velvet), and an assortment of cookies. Wish I’d bought more to take away!

Attended the Master-Piece of Cake class last month, and what can I say...it was AMAZING!!! Worth every penny. Haya is a wonderful teacher, she talked us through every single detail, was happy to answer all of our questions, and was very attentive to every student. I went in absolutely clueless about cake making, and left with an actual cake (not only did it turn out pretty, the taste was divine too!) and feeling pretty confident about the next one I'm going to make. The atmosphere was great, very welcoming and relaxed. We were given all the necessary tools, and Haya's team did a great job keeping the stations clean and ready for the next step in the cake making process. It was an all around amazing experience, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone, weather you're a beginner or already a seasoned baker. I for one had lots of fun!

A very cute (Instagrammable) café located in Shoreditch. The entendre, "Butter Believe It" and the exterior decor attracts its hipster neighbourhood. The yellow floral theme is somewhat a submergent of L'Occitane en Provence and Peggy Porschen. As you walk in, there's a sense of warmth and comfort of the suburban. The furnishes are closely knitted to bring in intimacy (not practical for large groups, prams, etc.). The staff were attentive and helpful as I ordered an iced chai latte with a slice of carrot cake. Each mouthful was light and soft - without a pungunt of strong flavours. I don't particularly like crème fraîche that has a strong zesty kick. Admittedly, it is a little pricey for its locality and for the fact that it's not actually fresh. Although, £5 can be a treat for all the sweet tooths :)

Great little shop! Stopped by while walking in the area during a work trip from New York. The cake and tea were delicious and the staff behind the counter were exceptionally friendly.

I ordered the Velvet Dreams and honestly, it's the best cake I've had in London. The synergy of flavours between the sponge and cream cheese filling was fantastic, and the staff in the shop were very friendly. I would highly recommend ordering from here!

Amazing service and divine cakes! I ordered the Earl Risers cake for a special occasion and couldn’t be happier with the end result. Haya and the team ensured the process from start to finish was an absolute pleasure; the hardest part was deciding which cake to choose! The creation was baked and delivered within 24hours and tasted out of this world. Keep up the amazing work!

Everything Ive ever ordered was made to perfection! I've tried ordering from the online collection as well as the bespoke option. Every component of the cake was always made with so much attention. So delicious and looks beautiful. Can't wait for the next occasion that calls for a cake!

I've been there yesterday. I had the best chocolate cake in the world. It was so moist, creamy and with the perfect level of sweetness. I will definitely come back to try all the menu. If you are craving for a cake and coffee, this is the place.

With no doubt the best cookies I have ever had! And the cakes are phenomenal. This place opened recently yet is way better the stuff in the market. The owners Haya & Yazan were also lovely to chat with :) Definitely going back!

The cutest little cake shop right next to Old Spitalfields Market. The punniest bakery you'll every visit ;) My all time favourites are the Earl Grey & Rasberry Cake, the Date Night Cookie (...sooo juicy and chocolate-y!) and their very own mush, which is a mix of baked cake and buttercream, scooped in an ice cream cup. Don't miss out and take your friends!
