Walked in spontaneously, and shared the Korean Military Stew Hotpot amongst two people. This hotpot was absolutely incredible! We were surprised how flavorful it was. Every bite was absolutely delicious, and we both couldn't help but want more and more!! The price was perfect split amongst two people for such a delicious and amazing hotpot. Because of this restaurant, we had a great night out in London!! ☺️☺️ Thank you Jumak 39!!!

Great all you can eat Korean BBQ in central London! Booked in advance for 7 people which was easy enough to do. Lots of options to choose from: meats, seafood, salad and sushi! Everything was very tasty and nicely spiced! Ordered 3 lots of different flavoured soju for the table - my favourite is the grape! Service was friendly, needed to get the attention of the servers occasionally for changing the cooking paper, or asking about our drinks order. After an hour and a half they promptly came round with the bill, which is reasonable for the amount we ate and drank! Don't leave any waste as there is an additional charge!

I’ve been to quite a few Korean restaurants in the UK and what I like about this place is that it doesn't feel packed. The ceiling is high and the seats are spacious, so unlike other restaurants I went to, it feels a lot more cozy. ( and the smell and smoke from BBQ grills aren’t filling the restaurant) The food is authentic and decent, I love the non-spicy soup with beef, it was tender and flavoursome 😊 The spicy beef soup on the other hand was very spicy, so I couldn't have the soup itself much. I guess it is good for some and not for those like me. The only thing was that probably there are too many seats compared to the number of staff. They all seemed very busy and it wasn't easy to get attention from them despite that we were sitting in front of the food counter. Anyway, the price is also reasonable - over the experience was great 😊

The buffet starts at 5 and it’s on the basement floor. We made reservations before and it was quick and nice service. The food was really nice specially sushi and the steak. Loved the octopus too and there’s many salads. Sadly the deserts cost extra🥲 but the buffet in general was a really nice experience and BTS songs on the background is a PLUS point ❤️❤️

1 hour 30min timer, staff will give you the bill and let you know you have 15mins left. Food was good for buffet, had a range of meats and cooked foods. Aubergine dish was very nice. Stuff were ok, toilets clean but not enough air ventilation. I went home smelling so bad. I was full and enjoyed my meal.

Visited Jumak on Sunday for dinner. I didn’t order any bbq menu but you can also do a proper Korean BBQ here. I recommend booking in advance. Went with a group of friends so was able to try out many different menus here. Most of the menus were tasty, but will share my recommendations for each menu below… Yummy 💫 - bossam - samgyupsal - galbitang - jjampong - fried chicken - beef bulgogi - dakgangjung - kimchi fried rice - japchae - spicy pork Meh/a little blend🥲 - soontofu jjigae - kimchijjigae - sundae boggeum

This is a Japanese + Korean restaurant. Good food and good price in central London. Quite a lot of food choices. Many youngsters were queuing for the buffet, but I highly recommend to have a la cart, so that you can order higher quality food. We ordered the braised beef, sashimi & sushi set and BBQ meat. Had no complaints.

Being relative novices of Korean food our charming server suggested we try the restaurant's "boxes (bento)" which were elaborate trays that offered a sample of the richly diverse menu. We chose a DakgangJeong Bento (spicy) and the Chicken Katsu Bento both were delicious. These were accompanied by a Podo Bongbong each as a suitably adventurous drink that was non-alcoholic. We were off to the theatre afterwards and needed all our faculties for Mark Rylance, probably our favourite actors at the moment. We also shared a Dorayaki as a light dessert, which was also tasty, filled with green-tea custard. We'll certainly return to the Jumak 39 and be more adventurous ... as with many Korean restaurant the hotplates in centre of the table to cook your own fresh food were most tempting

Unlimited Korean bbq buffet was worth it for the price. A lot of cooked food options apart from the bbq meats and seafood. Drinks were pricey though but it’s central so it is what it is I guess.

Was looking for the best option for an authentic Korean bbq within budget. Found this place and gave it a go today at the late lunch service. Was a very nice meal and staff were polite and patient.

Had a great experience here. Sun-Dubu Jjigae was phenomenal. Kimchi pancake was also amazing. Definitely worth the price tag. Also have to give props to the Yang Nyeom chicken, felt like a very well done Japanese and Korean fusion! My only complaint would be the tteokboki felt slightly over cooked and didn’t have the texture I was expecting. Taste was great though.

Simply amazing, service was fast paced, all the food came out super quick and the staff were super friendly. Portion sizes were perfect, cost is about right for central London, wait to get in wasn't long, the food was beyond tasty, some of the best banchan I've had the pleasure to eat, will be visiting again for sure.

Had the buffet, £35 each including service charge (sushi, BBQ, fried chicken, side dishes, miso soup etc), was surprisingly nice!

We went for the BBQ buffet at Jumak39. It has a cold counter that has most staple Korean side dishes and sushi, a meat and seafood counter with about 6-7 options including beef kalbi and king prawns. The hot food counter is also a great highlight, delicious and quick to refill. Would recommend!
