Busy sunny Sunday lunch spent in this branch with my husband: overall experience? 10/10. Smiling crew, spotless place (with an amazing view), and delicious food. Big shout out to Max, you’re definitely a gem! This guy knows really well how to spread his energy in all the store. Keep it up guys!!

Go at noon to get the best seats. The restaurant was incredibly busy by 12:30.
Top tip: sit upstairs where you can get an amazing view of tower bridge. The view is better than many expensive restaurants in the area.
1st time visit. Great view! Staff were great, attentive & happy to answer questions. Very clean and tidy. Only a few customers in the downstairs seating area so it was quiet. I didn't realise there was seating upstairs with a better view of Tower Bridge until I popped upstairs to the toilet! Food was delicious.
In my 8 years in London, I've only visited Five guys about twice, and both occasions were because it was simple fast food that happened to be around when needed.
I've never really been that impressed by the food and not at all by the fries that they're so well known for and promoted on every inch within the premises. Maybe my expectations are just too high? If you are looking for a fast and easy fix, then fine. However, in my opinion, there are places with better options.
This branch stands out for two reasons. The excellent view and the extremely polite and patient lady who served us at the counter on 9th August at around 15:30 (Being the only person working at the counter, it should be easy to pass on the praise since she secured the 4th star I was planning to drop as well.)
The place was not too busy at the time of the visit however, the toilets were in a worse state than I've seen some public toilets in central London. What a shame.
The food was great, but the price was too high for fast food. The stars are for the view of tower bridge.
There are two sizes of burgers, regular and little. The size of little burger is enough for girls. You can also customize the toppings for ur burger. The patty is rich and juicy.
Chips are crunchy and they gave us a lot as if we had ordered large one.
I visited five guys tower bridge on Sunday at busy time and still the service was nice and fast. Food was delicious and mouth watering with high levels of hygiene. Service of store was nice and staff was also very supportive and co-operative. So, overall my experience at five guys tower bridge was awesome. I loved it.
One of the more picturesque 5 guys you'll find in the world.
Food was on point as usual. Cajun fries portions are huge.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Five Guys Tower Bridge in London! The Bacon Cheeseburger was a flavor explosion, perfectly cooked and topped with crispy bacon and gooey cheese. The Medium Fries were a crispy delight, and the portion was generous. But the highlight was the Strawberry Milkshake – creamy, rich, and bursting with real strawberry flavor. The ambiance was cozy and the staff was friendly. Five stars for the scrumptious food, excellent service, and a memorable meal. I can't wait to return for another mouthwatering burger and shake!
Fries are crunchy and cooked with 100% peanut oil. Love them so much! You can add as many toppings as you like to the burger. The patty is juicy and rich. There are two sizes of burgers, regular and little. The size of little burger is perfect for ladies!
The burgers here are good, juicy, and delicious, especially this branch, which has a highlight on the river. near important places The landmark of London here is filled with many tourists. There are a lot of people who come to walk and take photos in the evening. There are enough seats inside the shop and there are a number of outdoor seats in front of the shop. If the weather is not very cold It is recommended to sit outside to see the view and atmosphere along the river. If you like to eat Burger King, you must not miss this restaurant.

Five Guys at the riverside is well maintained and organised with extra seatings on the upper floor. Great Ambience and a spectacular view outside towards the Tower Bridge. Welcomed by the friendly staff, who took the order and guided us to the collection point. We had Large Cajun Fries which was made to the spice level we expected. They were kind enough to give extra spice mix in a small pot. It is nice watching them make food while you wait. Overall had a great experience.

A place that looks busy most of the time but once you stand in line you will quickly realise that it is moving really fast. Stuff is polite and food is really nice. You have plenty of options for drinks and food. Be careful with chips however. Small portion is not small at all. You will get quite a good portion.
It's better than a McDonald's or Burger King.
Hamburguers are ok. Fries are crunchy.
It's very well located, close to the London Bridge.
The burger tasted awesome. Could be the best burger I have tried so far. And the lady at the counter was very lovely and kind. But the table was a bit sticky. And I don't understand why there wasn't any monitor to check the order number. It was very loud and there were lots of people waiting so it was hard to hear. It is such a trouble for both of the employee and customers. They need to come up with a more efficient way.
