Service was relatively quick and friendly. Food came quickly (about 10-15 minutes, from memory), and was very tasty. Asked for by burger medium, and it was cooked perfectly. Milkshake was as good as I remember it.
The visit was perfect. I did have some issues with ordering on the app but our server was great!

Divine food! Best quality in and around Kingston. Can't recommend this restaurant more highly. The food was served quickly and was piping hot. Ingredients were fresh and delicious. Must add that the service was superb in every way. Our waiter, Damian was exceptional, friendly, polite and attentive. No ask was too much for him and he went out of his way to see to our every need. It was without question one of our best evenings out thanks to this incredible experience. Looking forward to dining at GBK again soon.

Food was great. Substantial portions. I highly recommend the GBK Cheese and Bacon Burger. The service was exceptional and my server Damian was very polite and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
I had a great experience at GBK. A few friends and I visited last night for dinner. We were greeted by Benjaminah who ran us through the menu and took our drinks order, followed by food order. The meal was tasty and arrived in good time (it was a busy night), however the service was the highlight of the evening for us. Thanks again for the great service and warm atmosphere.
Burgers are great . Just we asked no onion and one of them had onions . In general , nice place to eat fast and move further.
Great service, but my first burger which was asked to be cooked to medium came charred and more than well done. They have replaced this without any questions and second one was spot on.
Had a great experience at GBK last weekend. Damian was our waiter and he was outstanding for the whole time. Friendly, approachable and funny are only a few words I can use to describe him- such a respectful gentleman. Will definitely be returning soon for more great food and service!
