There are 2 Subways in Barking. This one is opposite Tesco Express and has limited seating (4/5 bar stools).
The other one is opposite Barking station and has more seating. A handful of tables and 5/6 bar stools.

Usual quick service and typical Subway food available, staff were very polite. It's a small shop, just breakfast bar & stools if you wish to dine in.

The customer service is honestly embarrassingly slow had to wait for the sandwiches so long the staff the put the salad on my sandwich was so rude and annoyed
The manager on duty don’t even want to start she can’t even book your order out of the system,she doesn’t have counter skills let alone manager
