Overall all it was a great experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️ My visit to Harrods Cafe in London's iconic Harrods mall was truly memorable! From the moment I stepped in, I was treated to a delightful experience. I started my visit with a cup of coffee, and I must say, it was exceptional. The taste was rich and robust, and it set the perfect tone for the rest of my time there. Now, onto the desserts – they were nothing short of heavenly. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste was remarkable. The desserts were not just sweet; well-balanced flavors and just the right amount of sweetness. The only aspect that I found slightly challenging was the pricing. Harrods Cafe does offer an exceptional culinary experience, but it does come with a price tag. While the quality and taste are undoubtedly top-notch, be prepared for a higher bill than you might expect. All in all, if you're looking to treat yourself to a luxurious coffee and dessert experience in London, Harrods Cafe is the place to be. The taste and quality are worth every penny, and the ambiance adds to the overall charm of this establishment. A truly indulgent experience!

Despite how pricey the pastries are to sit in, it is a lovely place. We just had coffees at the bar then bought pastries to go (significantly cheaper this way, although do not expect the coffee to be anything less than £6 each!) It's a total treat as its all so expensive however the pistachio pain au chocolat was absolutely divine, as was the truffle croissant!

I was a nervous new customer here, I didn’t think I would have the privilege to dine in Harrods. The staff, environment general vibe made me feel very welcome and special. The food and drinks were nothing less than perfect, and I will always cherish the memory of my first meal here. Amazing, you deserve the merit’s you receive. See the pictures of my meal….

We were in London for a week and had to make the obligatory visit to Harrods for a look around. We grabbed some coffee and cake in the Harrods Cafe, and it was very nice. I had a flat white and a Salted Caramel Braffle. My wife had the cream tea, and both my kids had the chocolate fudge cake. The portions were huge! We struggled to finish them. The coffee was nice too. The surroundings are nice, as expected, and it has a good atmosphere. Service was quick, attentive and friendly.

Busy place! Had to queue up for 40 min to get in. Staff simply couldn't cope with customer's demand.

Nice place, although unfortunately a let down by the hostess at the front, she asked would you like to start with stoll or sparkling water, to which I replied can we have tap water? And i got a huff and an eye roll. Incredibly judgemental and unprofessional. The food was good quality. I had the salmon bagel and you really got a lot of food for your money. Never did get the tap water though, and I was rather parched.

It was one of the best cheese cakes I have had. The latte was very well presented, and the orange juice tasted very freshly squeezed. It's a nice place to relax and have a break from shopping.

This place is always busy busy for a quick bite. We got lucky to get our table within 30 mins. Food is good as always and today we had an amazing server that go an extra miles to make sure my wife won’t get allergic from the ingredients of the dishes that we ordered, BRAVO!

The staff were so nice. We were seated quickly and although the menu item I ordered was not available, what I did have was good. One of the servers did spill a Coke in my rain jacket, but she apologized profusely while cleaning it up. We were comped a free dessert for the inconvenience.

I hate that you have to walk the gauntlet before reaching the café...but maybe it's just me. It is a department store after all. We enjoyed our cream tea very much. The scones were fresh and delicious.

Harrods Café is located at the 3rd floor of Harrods store, great place for coffee break with superb service and delicious menu. The Tiramisu is a must here! Coffee Americano is tasteful. Comfortable, delicate, and cozy atmosphere at the cafe. Only indoor tables, no outdoors. If the place is full you most probably will wait in a queue for your turn - the lane moves quickly.

Ordered a matcha latte and braffle. The braffle with the jam was really good; I liked it better than pairing it with the butter. This is a nice place to sit down and enjoy your afternoon. They were really busy when I arrived around 4:30pm, so the queue was a bit long. I also told them that I had a peanut allergy, but they still gave me a biscuit (in the picture with the matcha) that contained peanuts. Another server came by and took it away after he realised the mistake.

We are visiting this place regularly for years, but I never came to review it. Went for breakfast today and decided to finally give it five stars. 1. Quality of food is always exceptional, everything is fresh, with a lot of flavours. The braffle is definitely worth trying. 2. Great and very friendly service, especially from the staff that is here for a while. Special thanks for Gintare and Vitaly, for always taking care of us! 3. During half term, the kids get a free meal, if the parent orders some breakfast! 4. Atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed, very comfy furniture. Definitely worth a visit!
