Cracking halloumi burger and a great range of beer - over 10 of the best craft selection. We ate there this week and were well looked after by really friendly and helpful staff. Good for lunch and a post-work party. Open till 3am if you can step up to the challenge. Will definitely be back...

Best place for chicken wings, the hot is the hottest you'll ever have be careful. But service and cocktails is amazing especially the sweet lychee Martini by sheena. Highly recommended

Chicken wings platter was so delicious and nice imported beer, good vibes, would be better if they mixed the music up to rnb& hip/hop for example but overall descent spot to be at

Think of all the best bars you go to and then just add a clever twist, a bit of 'cool' and some wit to every aspect - this is the Temple of Foo. Atmosphere. It was fairly early on a Tuesday evening, but footfall and buzz grew steadily to make the spacious premises lively. This feels like a place where you can have a great early evening and then head home happy or stay and degenerate nicely into a serious party. Great décor - how would I describe it? Far East-opulent-urban-gothic-anime/tattoo-art-opium den with a dash of Dr Strange? Whatever it is, its great! Drinks. I think there were about 18 craft beers to choose from. IPAs, Reds, Session beers, local, Norwegian, strong, not strong, filtered, unfiltered - we lost track to be honest! And a really good and wide range of every other drink you could possibly want if beer is not your thing. Food. Wings and beer are a known divine match. The Asian Sticky Wings were a revelation - dark, sticky rich sauce with chopped red chilli scattered over the top. Absolutely delicious. The hot wings were as good as you will find anywhere on the planet (not verified, but quite possible). There is also a vegan option. The City of London has plenty of bars - most are adequate for the beer/scoff/socialising continuum. Temple of Foo has originality, character and quality that sets it apart from the homogenous mass of virtually every other joint in town. Definitely worth going to.
