you can smell the tea as soon as you walk into the store so you are guaranteed a very aromatic and strong tea flavour in your drink! it is slightly on the expensive side for bubble tea but the quality is good. we unfortunately weren't a huge fan of the pearls though as they didn't taste like anything so perhaps we will try the brown sugar next time.
Probably the best bubble tea in London.
All prepared in the moment and taste fresh. Many options on taste, sizes, ice and temperatures. Really for every taste. The shop was full of Asian costumers which is always a good sing considering the origin of the bobble tea :).
The tea is a little pricey but this good treat deserves to be paid.
Be sure to order their drinks with pearls. If you like milk flavor, recommend No.1 and oolong. If you like fruit tea, recommend lychee and passion fruit~ 50% sugar is recommended for milk tea, and 30% sugar for fruit tea is just right~ After drinking it, I think about that little pearl every day! I found they have second cup of 50% off this week.
So I’m an avid bubble tea drinker I always look for places when I travel. You can thank Korea for turning me on to it lol. But this place was wonderful. Extremely fast service nice staff and my passion fruit green tea with coconut jelly and pearls was the best! Will definitely have another!
Love the original bubble tea and the tea base is different from most of the other bubble tea shops, as well as the tapioca. It’s fresh & chewy! Highly recommended!

The workers here are nice which I really appreciate. Wait time for drinks was not long and it was quite busy when we visited. Decent price for the regular size.
We ordered:
- Green milk tea with boba (75% sweetness): I could have done with 100% sweetness but it was still enjoyable. The boba was really soft!!
- Wintermelon tea with coconut jelly (75% sweetness): my friend said that her drink didn’t have much flavor to it.

Best Taro bubble tea ever, very nutty and smooth. The taro bubbles also enhance the flavour with its perfect chewy texture. The brown sugar milk tea was also good. I haven’t tried other flavours but will come for more :)
The pink pearls had a really unique flavour! I felt that the tea could have been stronger, and the cheese was nice on its own but didn’t seem to add much to the drink. Mostly saying this because it was quite pricey for what it is (5.6), but a nice drink overall :)
Nice shop and a nice selection of teas. The drinks we ordered were lovely but maybe needed a few more "bubbles," otherwise we were happy customers. Polite staff and good service.
Tasty bubble tea shop. Feel they use high quality ingredients and tea and pearl balls are full of flavour. Blend of tea is quite unique for the authentic taste.
Price is slightly higher than average I would say but worth its quality.
Jen Tea has by far the best bubble tea I've ever had! They have a wide range of options to choose from and the handmade tapioca pearls are absolutely amazing! The staff is always very friendly and happy to explain the different options, so you can choose the one that suits your taste best. Jen Tea has recently become one of my favourite places to go for a treat!
Obsessed with bubble tea and I love the peach rose green tea the most.

Jen Tea is one of the most underrated bubble tea spots in London, hidden gem located in Spitalfields. It’s one of very few bubble tea companies in the UK that serve handmade tapioca pearls🧋
I tried the passion fruit and mango fruit tea. Both were so refreshing and the tea flavour was great, not too strong or too sweet. If I had to choose one, I would say that the passionfruit was my favourite. It was just perfect in terms of taste, sweetness and quality.
I love how you could pick your level of sweetness & ice, their range of tea flavours, and that the pearls are so chewy and fresh since they are handmade on-site daily. You can tell the pearls were of good quality. I will definitely come back to try other flavours.
If you want a real bubble tea then try out this place, amazing and authentic. They have a nice range of flavours. The staff is fantastic and always friendly.
