What can I say.....my daughter enjoyed her food after so much allergies diagnosis it's really hard to eat the things she loves. Pizza been one of them it's a pleasure seeing her enjoying her food and not being worrying about reaction. Thanks to the staff that gave her time for us to go through the entire menu. Stay bless
The pizza was on point with rich sauce and great toppings. However the garlic chips were fantastic. The service was sensational Sky our waitress was very attentive and did a great job.
Calamari portions a little small, the lentil pasta was delicious as was the prawn linguine. Ginger beer at £3.7 was a little steep. Seeing a waitress brush food off the tables and onto the floor wasn’t great. Staff weren’t especially attentive and I had to call people over to order & for the bill.
Very good value for money! Staff are very friendly and considerate specially:
Scott
Teo
Sofi
The kids LOVED the colouring and kept entertained the whole time as never before in any restaurant!!! I guess the twistable Crayola!!!! Thank you Ask Italian and staff, keep up the great work!
Will definitely come back!
We occasionally have lunch here but Wednesday we had the best pasta pomodorro so far;maybe they change the ingredients or chef but it was the best.Zucchini were so fresh that we had 2 portions for takeaway also.Service also improved very friendly and engaging.Thank you
Staff very efficient. Permanently running around, taking orders and serving food.
The food was lovely, especially the trio of desserts.
I just come in and I ordered king prawns pasta.
It was delicious, very testy and the smell of that was amassing.
I ordered an al forno brownie with ice cream and limoncello…great
5* to the chef. Everything was perfect and yummy.
The service was wonderful and the restaurant was sparkling. It is very relaxing and worth paying. Thanks ask Italia . It was a perfect lunch for me after a tired day Thanks again.
On Nov 10, 2022, my wife and her niece chose Ask Italian, I had no objection. Before we did our orders, we were presented with three small cups of lemonade as welcoming drinks. The Italian starters and mains we ordered fully met our high expectations. Service was efficient as the bill was presented to us without asking. Overall, we got great value for money.
We will definitely revisit ASK Italian; it's way better than the ajdacent Pizza Express and the Zizzi's opposite! Due to our dietary requirements, we opted for the Margherita, adding on our chosen toppings, as recommended by our waitress; it turned out so good. I have to say the staff here are all great; special thanks to our stellar waitress, Michaela, for her excellent customer service.
I had wanted to visit this restaurant for a while, having had already been to Westfield's other Pizza places (Pizza Express, Zizzi's, Franco Manca and Pizza Hut) so many times. I am really pleased that, by chance, we chose to try ASK Italian for the first time; definitely going to be the first of many times. Looking forward to trying out their Pasta and Desserts.
I ended up here spontaneously, definitely did not disappoint. The food was decent and the tiramisù. Definitely had better pasta, however the staff is very nice i was served by Destiny if I can remember correctly. Her service was good, she was polite.
A great experience. The outstanding members of staff were Micaela and Babar.
I throughly enjoyed this. The service was slightly slow and would say it’s quite pricy for what it is but the food tasted great. They have an option to pay and order via the QR code but they didn’t tell us initially so we waited a while before we paid. Apart from that, I think it’s a good place to go for lunch. Not too busy around 2pm.
Order sea bass and seafood pasta dishes.
Food was freshly made to order and cooked well.
Ordered cocktails: strawberry mojito and passion fruit martini.
Drinks chilled and made well but the Processco shot was not served with the martini.
Fast service and friendly servers.
Good value money
Beautiful restaurant, great service from very happy and helpful staff. Gluten free range was pretty good. Don't bother with the pasta - it's either undercooked or just chewy, either way it's not worth it - but the starter was very good, and the pudding (Chocolate Etna), my word, was probably the best I have ever had. Theatrical, melts in the mouth, rich but not sickly - superb. Would definitely recommend the place
