Large party so service wasn't especially quick but the food was good
Nice and cozy branch of Subway. Pretty spacious and the staff are friendly.... For the first time I had a clean sub !
This subway I visited on a number of occasions in 2017...and it was bloody awful. Service was poor, mumbling questions without attention to answers, and there was literally nothing in my roll....empty.
Subways are are known for and suppose to be heaving with ingredients and pressed closed and wrapped up tightly. Not a floppy, hollow, bready mess.
2018 so far a different story. Looks like new staff there who pay more attention(was a new girl on this occasion who made my roll). No scrimping on the ingredients and really filled up my roll well. Even listen to me when I asked for extra jalapenos and didnt give me the usual grunt and throw a solitary jalapeno on...which would bounce off anyway unnoticed...unloved.....forgotten.
Deserves a 5 star for turning things around and giving notably improved service and a very well made tasty roll.
Keep it up so I don't cancel out the 5 star with two 1 star ratings! Bit credit where credit due, good job.

Fantastic service. 5 subs and everything arrived correct and really fresh. My only slight gripe now napkins. 👍

Had been hectic day so stopped off for 6-inch sub & tried new crispers. Have qualified for free sub & free drink next visit so it won't be long!
Decent enough as far as Subways go and the food is good. I think there’s a bit of work to do on the customer service at times, but other than that it is stand up.
It's a cafe with a difference, serving sub rolls with the option of 6 inch or 1 foot long. With vegetarian options too. And some do delivery on the Just Eat app.

Staff very friendly. And very good at there jobs . Never have to wait very long before getting served.

Very friendly staff ... was very happy with my sub and manager is pretty friendly too ... seems like he knows how to manage his staff members.
