Flavorful greek cuisine in London, very authentic taste and good service. 5 stars because whatever we ordered was excellent. They took a bit long to bring the mains but I’m willing to let that go given how good the main was.

I went to Portobello Road on a date with my boyfriend and we decided to enter this place for dinner, which looks really cute from outside. The place has a few tables, but it's not really big and the space between tables is quite narrow. It is still very cute inside. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but it didn't take that long, considering it was Sunday at dinner time with no reservation - I would recommend to book in advance to go to this place if you want to make sure to get a table on the weekend. It is a Greek restaurant and the menu looked really good. Unfortunately, they didn't have the main that I wanted to try - some aubergine with beef and bechamel - but what we ordered was quite good. The waiters were all very kind, even when the place was really busy and small and it can be quite stressful. Overall, it was a nice experience for a date, cute place, nice food, and the price was not too bad, average in London, almost £40 pp for two mains, starter and wine, so I would recommend it for an occasion if you fancy trying some Greek food.

We ate here on a Thursday night. And the restaurant was buzing every table was filled. Our waiter, Alexandro did not stop working all night. He was very attentive and always there to help us out. The food was very nice and you could tell everyone in the restaurant was enjoying themselves. Thank you

Great restaurant with amazing service. The waiters are friendly and the food is great. The mains we ordered are overpriced for what they are (£23 for 4 small lamp chops is way too much) but otherwise a great pick for a full meal!

Amazing food! The starters were to die for, one of the best greek restaurants I’ve been to. They have plenty of veggie options, I had the stuffed courgette and it was very tasty and filling. All of this topped with a very friendly service that made our lunch experience even better.

We arrived right at 12:00 just as the sign changed from closed to open. The friendly server opened the window and started wonderful music. His cheerful and kind demeanor definitely set a tone for the meal. We would have rated highly just for that, but this is a restaurant and you should know that the food delivers. I have never had chicken that hit every box- tender, juicy and flavorful! My husband had ordered the meatballs, but they were unfortunately not available. His second choice was the beef chuck and he said it was « very good, but the pita was the best he had ever tasted. ». The total for two meals, pita and a bottle of sparkling water was a more than reasonable £36!

I really liked this place. The food was very tasteful, the staff is kind and give good advice. I only give 4 stars for the ambiance because it's a bit noisy inside but it's minor. However, the place is beautiful with this big tree in the back.

Amazing authentic Greek food. We have eaten in a lot of Greek places, but the food here was definitely a 10/10. We shared the Tirokafteri, Kolokithokeftedes and Feta with honey and sesame to start and had Papoutsakia and Gemista for our mains. Lots of great vegetarian options available. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Overall a great experience and we definitely will be back for a live music event at some point.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, hospitality and humour by the amazing staff, who truly made us feel like family. The Greek cuisine served here is nothing short of exceptional. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and made with the utmost care. One dish that stood out to me was the honey feta filo. The combination of the crispy filo pastry, the creamy feta cheese, and the drizzle of honey on top was a match made in culinary heaven. It was the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and I found myself savoring every bite. The quality of the ingredients used in each dish was evident, and it truly elevated the overall dining experience. The flavors were authentic and reminded me of the incredible Greek food I had while traveling in Greece. It was clear that the chefs here take great pride in their craft and pay attention to every detail. What truly made this dining experience exceptional was the impeccable service provided by Alex. His friendly demeanor and genuine passion for his job were evident, and it made our time at the restaurant all the more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with a charming Greek-inspired decor that transported us straight to the Mediterranean. The attention to detail in the ambiance added to the overall experience and made us feel like we were dining in a traditional Greek taverna. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The delicious and tender Greek food, particularly the honey feta filo, combined with the exceptional service from Alex, truly made for a five-star dining experience. Whether you're a fan of Greek cuisine or looking to try something new, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
