Staff are really nice and helpful, shisha was good for the price and food was good too however portion size were a little small compared to other places I have been.

Second visit and it just got better, Shisha experience was great too. Service by Mohammed was friendly and efficient. Food was tasty and is a great place to for lunch or light dinner. Cocktails mint tea and Baklova. Great combination.Thank you tea and see you soon. Food as tasty, great milkshakes, food portion perfect . Great value for money , definitely worth the visit.

Came here last night for my friends 22nd birthday celebration. The staff were all very attentive and kind! There was a big group of us and we had a set menu and there was plenty of food and it was all really nice. The cocktail selection was nice and good prices as well. There is a shisha area outside but unfortunately we didnāt have time for that but I will come back again to try it! Overall had a lovely time.
Wonderful experience, had shisha drinks and food. Ivan the manager was amazing and made sure he kept us happy š would definitely come back to this venue or visit their other branch!
What can I say itās me first time here, Nice pretty place to be. Went for dinner, Waiter was accommodating, I thought the Signature Grilled Chicken Burger was really nice and Grilled Salmon could do with bit of seasoning. I didnāt find any Salt or Pepper on Table and had to ask for sauces, it would be nice to offer sauces, especially if you are not going to keep anything on the table, Not a big deal. However my Mocktail was really nice, Shisha area seems ok maybe good for Shisha, I might pay another visit and try out the Shisha. So overall this place has Pretty Pink atmosphere and lovely food. I highly recommend. I did find the staffs are friendly and offer reasonable service. If you find your self near West Hampstead area and fancy some Food or even Shisha if thatās your thing, share your thoughts what you think of this place.

Good modern shisha that lasted well over 1 hour, and decent cocktails, and outdoor space that is street facing but sheltered with leaves so you don't feel the traffic.
Had a good time for a relaxing afternoon.
food was absolutely amazing , perfect costumer service and nice staff. Totally recommend.
Great new Shisha lounge. Staff were very friendly and at tentative. Coal switch was a bit slow but Iām sure it will improve. The decorations are very unique compared to other the lounges but overall Rozay is definitely worth visiting.

definitely recommend for a good night me & my friend came and loved it the staff was super helpful with the shisha and was extremely nice defo will be coming back here. The cocktails was nice and the rosƩ tequila shots were too we even got some on the house!! The music was brilliant and made the place more comfortable to be in Overall the area was a nice place to chill & catch up in defo will be trying the food next time I come.
