Great for children, my daughter loved the experience but everything falls apart as you walk out the door. sadly staff were not paying attention, missed some orders and were eating cotton candy and licking their fingers.
Thank you for your reply, sadly not all staff had their gloves on the day I visited, that's why it is in my review. It was only one member of staff but still that one. It hasn't put me off completely and we will return, I've also told lots of people about how fabulous it is for children.

Recent trip to Camden Market and just had to visit. The queue was huge and nearly out of the door, but once we got inside, we could understand totally why.

Lovely little place in Camden. Unique decor and menu. Ordered the Chimney Cake, it was good. Worth the crazy queues. Customer service is 10/10 despite the place always being busy.

The atmosphere of the place is breathtaking and feels like you're in the fairy tail. The restaurant has a lot of intricate details everywhere you look and the bright vivid colours makes it pop.
Ordered the Hans & Gretel Special which was mindbogglingly huge but it tasted absolutely delicious. The ice cream was really rich and sweet.
Staff member was extremely friendly and service was quick.

A great fairy tale theme sweet/ice cream place set in the heart of the market with a great interior design, vast sweet collections and amazing ice creams and milkshakes to boot, it got busy very quick and some options do take time so another one or two servers or cashiers would have helped.

Nice little place to buy ice-cream and sweets. The inside looks nice with a tree inside that instead of leaves has candy and ice-cream cones. The ice-scream sortiment could be wider.
