I’ve eaten here three times now, and every time the food has been delicious, the staff have been delightful and the bathroom was very clean. Lovely aesthetic, their filter coffees are great and the portion sizes are decent.
As a tourist, I think this was the best place to try the traditional English breakfast. The products used to cook the food are really good.
Also, coffee ☕️ is good, too.

Love Tipi so much… we used to live in the area and loved visiting for our morning coffees! The staff are nice and pastries are to diiiieeeee for. I think they recently had a new menu/chef and the food is certified DELIGHTFUL

They have the best coffee u have ever had, as well as very yummy cakes. I was not impressed with their food, so I would not go therefor breakfast. But it is my go to place for coffee certainly and the atmosphere is lovely.

Everything about this place was great, the food was delicious (we had the fish finger bagel and chicken and bacon bagel, spicy mayo was incredible) iced coffees were lovely, the staff were so nice, reasonably priced and a great atmosphere. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
The coffee shop has recently been relocated closer to the South Woodford station. Coffee was excellent, almond croissant was fresh and tasty.
They also sell a variety of different types of coffee. The place is nice and cosy and they kept a good amount of space between tables so you don’t feel crampe
A nice and cosy place. The sourdough bread is so good, goes amazing with buttery scrambled eggs. Their homemade refreshers are delicious too! Kind and accomodating customer service.
Been going here for a few years just for coffee, but wanted to try their new brunch menu. Delicious, tasty and really filling! Had the potato hash which came with beautifully cooked eggs, thick cut bacon, sausages and tomato. Partner had the full English and he loved it. His smoothie was scrumptiou

Regularly come here for coffee or their bacon Brekkie bun, undoubtedly the best breakfast sandwich in London IMO. The staff are always welcoming, with the service and produce consistently top tier. It’s on my doorstep and invite people over just as an excuse to come back.

Definitely amongst the top coffee shops in the area. For flat whites and lattes, their milk is always steamed so that it is velvety smooth, even with oat milk. In addition, their food menus are great, delicious and inventive. Service is always friendly and courteous, with no false platitudes or chat
Lovely place, friendly staff and amazing food! Great choice for everyone, menu clearly labelled with vegan and gluten free options. Will definitely be back!
