Great spot in the middle of Borough Market, great for people watching and experiencing the hustle and bustle of the market with a seat! Welcoming friendly staff and wonderful tapas. I had char grilled onions (can't remember the correct name but they're like giant spring onions) with a dip, they were gorgeous, whilst husband had a large bowl of seafood. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and good food , excellent.
Visited Brindisa at Borough Market Wednesday 11th, they seemed to be packed and buzzy but to my surprise there was only 2 people working there!
It was very cool to see them work, almost if they were dancing in complete harmony
They made me wait a bit on an outer counter until a spot was available
The food is amazing. The ambience is great, with enjoyable Spanish music playing in the background. The staff is very efficient and friendly, going above and beyond to provide a great experience. Will definitely be back!

Great service. We just got a whole jamón serrano leg. The guy at the counter was very helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions and gave us good tips on how to cut it and keep it fresh
