I recently visited Furness Grill to try their much-talked-about paella, and while I have to say it was good, it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. The seafood in the paella was definitely fresh, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious calamari.
However, overall, I would say it was good, but
Worth the queue during the busy times (it does move fast). Bomba Paella is the dish to order; freshly made, authentic taste and great value (recommended by Spanish friends living in London for a taste that resembles like home). We would also recommend trying the salt and pepper squid (calamari).

Paella was so tasty!! Right balance of spices. The flavour was really good that I wish I can go back to London someday to have it again! Not sure why the google review is poor. It is located in the busy borough market so you have to find a different spot to eat, no place to sit down. It was worth it

Paella tasted as good as it looked! Seafood was juicy and flavourful. Try to get it fresh after it's cooked; worth the wait! Smiley and dedicated chef with a team of friendly staff. Heard good things about the mussels too but didn't get to try.

Delicious fresh Gillardeau oysters shucked on the spot, served with the option of lemon and Tabasco but incredible taste when taken neat. Very reasonable price for the quality of these oysters (4 for £12).
Great flavor and freshness. Absolute must have in Borough Market. All the seafood you can enjoy in one bowl with a favorable lunch portion.

The Gillardeau French Oysters were sweet and briny. Very delicious!
Also tried the Spanish Sea Urchins which were light flavored and not very buttery.
Borough Market prices are to be expected.
The raw oysters here are amazing!! Such a good price and a wide variety of different types.
