Amazingly friendly, welcoming and top notch italian fare. Besides some excessively al dente pasta, i would give the team in Bermondsey a 10/10. With all that said, the menu is not cheap at 50-60 per head without alcohol, though the set menu is keanly priced, but it is definitely worth it. I will be going back, and suggest anyone give it a try at least once.

What a treat! Fabulous decor and amazing food. Had the figs and San Danielle ham bruschetta and the pork neck. Both were lovely but the pork was particularly divine! My brother had the pork also but the octopus carpaccio to start, which I've never had before and was delightful. Thank you

A great experience at the Bermondsey branch of Cafe Murano. It is a much smaller menu than at their Covent Garden location, but still delicious and lots to choose from. Particularly liked the range of fish they had available, such as hake, swordfish, and red mullet, as well as a seafood pasta and risotto. We shared a range of cicchetti dishes for starters, all which came out very quickly. The focaccia is superb as is the oil it is served with. We also enjoyed the primavera arancini, the salami & mortadella selection, and roasted peppers with anchovies. Fresh and lots of flavour. For our mains we had the red mullet served in a broth, the seafood risotto (the risotto was a little too al dente for our liking but still very much enjoyable), and the rabbit ragù conchiglioni pasta (also delicious, but I would have loved more sauce, something rich and thick). All very good, beautifully prepared simple Italian dishes. We paired it all with a bottle of the Verdiccio wine which was deep in colour and paired very well. We managed to find a bit of room for pudding which were too good to pass up! The chocolate semifreddo was excellent with delicious cantucci biscuits, and my guests described the tiramisu as the ‘best tiramisu’ they’d had, and that it had raised the bar for all other tiramisus.

Great service and delicious food. Loved the interior and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. The sun was out so we opted to sit by the open windows and we felt like we are on holiday. Definitely worth a visit!

Lovely time enjoying Italian entrees. We had the burrata and the beef carpaccio and both were very tasty. They have tables outside for the sunny days and plenty of space inside.

A delight for all senses… nice atmosphere, great food, super nice staff - our waiter Luciano was friendly and attentive… wine list is long, covering various Italian regions, our Amaro e was divine! Attention to detail can be seen in so many levels, I highly recommend it.

Sublime Italian cuisine. We ordered two pasta dishes which we both equally fantastic. The service was great and the price fair. I would highly recommend a visit, it is certainly difficult to find pasta this delicious in London!

We had a set lunch menu at Bermondsey Cafe Murano today. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Our meal was perfect. The waiter Raphaele and Manager Luigi couldn't have done any more to make us feel welcome and their service was impeccable. It certainly lifted our Monday to a whole new level. Look forward to visiting again soon, maybe for dinner next time.

Love the interior decor of Cafe Murano - chic stylish with a friendly vibe overall. Our friend has just moved into Bermondsey across the street & this was a dog-friendly restaurant which is a fabulous! Service was excellent & friendly. We had the set lunch which was good value for money. Everything was seasoned well as one would expect from a good cafe. Next time I return I would definitely go for their ala carte menu with their ravioli & risottos. A good decent neighbourhood hang out! Enjoy!

It’s was a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. I would like to specifically thank Niyat the assistant manager, her service was amazing. She ensured to check on us and that everything was going well, whether it was with the service, the food, etc. I would definitely recommend this place. 😌

Delicious pasta and probably the best bruschetta I’ve ever had! It was a pea and garlic bruschetta I think - we ordered it as a starter and couldn’t stop talking about it after. The pasta was also cooked perfectly and had great flavours. Good spot for vegetarians! Lovely staff/host

A fantastic Italian restaurant. Lovely interior, lovely staff and delicious food. Even if a little pricey for what is effectively top-notch pasta. The staff are very friendly and the place was very busy, none the less service was slick and smooth. All the dishes had their own unique flavours and were prepared superbly. High recommend this place for some decent Italian fare. 👍

The door service is awesome! Friendly staff all round. Their bread is incredible!! We ordered roasted peppers in oil, Panzanella and burrata for starters. All were simple, yet tasty dishes (what Italian food should be). We then had seafood risotto and gnocchi caccio e pepe for mains. Risotto lacked salt and I’ve had much better caccio e pepe elsewhere to be honest. The gnocchi were lacking the black pepper punch that normally comes with the dish. The desserts were pana cotta and an Apple/apricot slice. Both of these were really nice. Ambience nice also.
