Came here cause I saw it on Tik Tok. Did not disappoint. Made reservation for late morning but didn’t realize Sunday Lunch wasn’t served til 1:00pm. They were so good, we ordered coffees and bananas bread and then came back at 12:45 and they seated us no problem. It was well worth the wait! Wil
A great place to wind down on Friday evening for some drinks, dinner, dessert and coffee. The atmosphere is totally chill. Staffs are very attentive, easy-going and provided superb service. Food quality definitely worth the price. From someone who grew up in the Kiwi land, this was the perfect home
I met a couple of friends there for lunch on a Monday. Excellent location next to Brixton Market. The building is beautiful; I'd love to live there! Out the front, they have plenty of seating for alfresco dining with large parasols above. Inside is style with a luxe-industrial vibe. Downstairs is a
Just a wonderful place to dine out. Went there in May for my birthday and then again last week for our anniversary. Tuesday is BYO!! Such a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff.
Been meaning to come here for ages! It was quite a treat, and for a Saturday, it wasn't too busy, which in fact, made it really lovely. A lovely selection of drinks across the board had non alcoholic beverages, which was a nice change! I went for the Pork belly, fries and cauliflower cheese 🙏 The
For a Sunday brunch / roast, I think this place is spot on; quality produce, well made, nothing too fancy. Good selection of cocktails too. The brunch menu could perhaps be a bit more extensive. The staff were reality lovely and the venue is well located near to lots of other Brixton cafes, eateries
We tried this place just off the Brixton market for Sunday roast. We were greeted by really friendly staff, and were then seated by the bar table. All staff were super friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We had the leeks and trout to start. The leeks had a great balance of the vinaigrette a
We have been meaning to come here for the last year but never got round to it. Really glad we finally managed it as the food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. We had breakfast on a Sunday, always a busy time in Brixton. The Laundry was very busy, but there was room for us inside where we
Went here for a Sunday Roast! We ordered the pork belly one with a side of cheese cauliflower, both tasted good and the portion is large! Love the ambiance in the resto and would definitely come back but remember to book in advanced as they’re usually packed :)
Fabulous place - food was incredible- great quality and well executed.wonderful cocktail and wine list. Could not fault the service - all the team were brilliant and really looked after our large group which isn’t easy. One of he best group dining experiences I’ve had - will definitely be returning
Had a pleasant time at the laundry. Arrived just at 1 and so missed the brunch menu which was a shame as I personally liked more of what was on there and it felt better priced. The lunch / dinner menu was a bit pricier than ideal but still good food. All of the party enjoyed their meals and the serv
On a rare Saturday off from work I took my partner out for some brunch. I decided to try The Laundry. Even though I hadn’t booked we were welcomed with a smile and asked to just bare with them to organise a table for us ( it was a busy beautiful sunny morning) . Once seated and comfortable we receiv
I had a very lovely meal here this week. The avocado on cornbread was very filling and a great vegan option. I really liked the charred corn which was quite flavourful. I also liked that they were considerate enough to have blankets at every table outside. The service was also excellent. This would
We booked the Laundry for our post-wedding brunch and couldn’t be happier with the choice. Throughout the process they were super helpful and responsive. On the day itself we had the whole of the lower ground floor and the food was just what was needed after a boozy wedding! (Special mention to the
Had a lovely meal here. Second time coming and first time on the weekend. Service was great, with tasty cocktails and even tastier food. Would definitely recommend!
Stopped by for a lunch and was blown away at the pasta! Such fantastic food, can’t recommend highly enough. The staff were attentive but not overly so.
A really lovely place - Table de Carmen (semi private table up to 20 people) downstairs is the perfect place for a special occasion, and the set menu for £35pp is great value with delicious food. The servers are all lovely and so accommodating and the atmosphere is fantastic.
I visited for a celebration with friends on a Saturday afternoon in May. We had the private dining area downstairs booked. The staff were excellent - super friendly and very good at their jobs. The food was delicious, perfect for sharing with a large group. We had a great afternoon.
