The "Bund" restaurant doesn't serve food made from ready sauces from Chinese supermarkets. You get some of the 'classics' like black bean sauce, hoisin duck or a Thai curry, but most importantly it's freshly cooked, and you can taste that they choose good ingredients (ofc without flavour enhancers).

Really lovely place. The lamb infused with jasmine tea was amazing. Not what I expected at all, not overpowering. The duck was lovely as was the soft shell crab salad!
