Very friendly staff, good quality bats, good ambience. It's a bit dimly lit like the bar that it is. We really enjoyed our games here. Haven't tried the food here but didn't hear complaints from the people who did.

It’s a great spot for a decent wood fire pizza and a beer but I wouldn’t go with the intention of playing competitive table tennis; there’s not enough space for a good game. That said, the staff were friendly and the prices are reasonable. Its very similar to ‘Pong’ and is definitely your after work venue for a pint and a mess around.

We had our Christmas party here and everyone LOVED it. We had the private room with our own table. The pizzas were super tasty (And the chef was very friendly and helpful). The bar guys were great and had good banter. A great venue for drinking, eating and having a great night. The music was also really good. Thanks team smash for a great night.

Lovely atmosphere. FAB happy hour prices until 8pm weekdays! The lady with the pixie cut hair is really nice and very accommodating. Would recommend. Great for families but also for keen drinkers.

Went there with a group of friends on bank holiday Monday. It is a great fun, music just perfect and not too loud, and these happy hours with selected cocktails for half the price. Staff very helpful especially Glen who's the top notch guy, very friendly. This isn't as good as the Bounce bar ping pong place of course but still great fun tho.

Great new addition to the area with fun atmosphere. I like the concept and feels like a good, friendly place to spend your evening playing table tennis, enjoying a drink and a snack. The tables are cleverly placed so as not to inconvenience players or other customers. Their playlist isn't generally bad but could be a bit more lively though.

A good place for a social event or date. I enjoyed my visit for a work social. Three table tennis tables you can book time on. Good cocktail menu. Tasty pizzas cooked on site. Air conditioned. Service was a little slow when I was here.

We had a great time on New Year's eve. The table tennis set up is fantastic! The music is pretty good too! The staff super friendly. It didn't feel too crowded at all and the three of us took turns in 'smash'ing it to our heart's content! I will definitely be back!

The food was fab and the table tennis was a great novelty. As far as sports bars go this one was brilliant. Really appreciate a good stone baked pizza and they did it right there in the restaurant. Our bartender Gemma was super nice and helpful. The service manners could have been better into the evening shift, but I guess that's the evening shift for you.

Good atmosphere and great food. Staff are friendly too. Obviously don't go here if you want a quiet chat because you'll be bombarded with stray ping pong balls which there are plenty so youre not limited. The bat's were fairly worn is my only critism but at the same time was not there for a super serious game so not too bothered. Reasonably priced too £19 for an hour, bit less for a fire oven cooked pizza.

Fab venue. Great pizza. A new experience to share with friends. It’s hard to believe this is the same place that used to be Poo Na Na. I’ve lived in the area for over 25 years and Smash is a great new addition to the area, and perfect place for a fun spot and night out with a group of friends. Understandably this is extremely popular having only just recently launched and the Christmas season ever looming, so time is restricted, but I imagine this will ease up. I booked this at the weekend for a group of 10 of us. Luckily I rang up after to confirm as my booking hadn’t been recorded properly by the member of staff i’d spoken to when I’d come into the venue to organise, and even when I arrived with our group on the Saturday evening I was slightly disappointed to learn that the table requested had still not been set-up properly, but this was quickly resolved by a super helpful and friendly team at Smash who did their utmost to ensure our group were looked after. We ate and played enough ping pong to our heart’s content, all leaving with highly positive reviews of a fun evening and saying we’d come again. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking to try somewhere new, but would advise calling up to book in advance. Pizzas a good size too, so easily shared amongst a large group. Thank you to the Smash team for making sure we had the best experience possible. We’ll be back again soon.

Cool place to play ping pong or just get drunk. Always has a cool crowd of people. Its big on its cocktails but also has some cool largers. Great place late if you need a place to carry on when all else is closed. Not really a dancing place but no reason why you couldn't shake a leg. Bit great for socialising with friends
