Lyon's Seafood & Wine Bar - London - Photo album

Cute restaurant with a lively atmosphere. I had high expectations on the food, as the place gets very busy during the weekends. The food is really well plated and the dishes we tried had all a creative twist in flavour. I recommend ordering many small plates rather than the large plate. 2 small pla
Came here for a date night with my husband. Gorgeous food, romantic lighting, good service, great drinks. We loved it and will come again.
Delicious range of seafood and other dishes too. The monkfish in particular was great. Service was done with a smile and very welcoming
Delicious monkfish - i highly recommend trying it! Also, the bread and oysters were delicious too. Great service as the waitress was super attentive towards explaining the menu and her suggestions. We will definitely be revisiting.
First visit for us and wish we had come here sooner! Lovely food and waiting staff. Realistic pricing and a good drinks list makes for a great Saturday lunchtime. Well worth a stop off if you are in Crouch End. Instantly made it into my local top 3. Oysters and smoked scallop roe the highlights for
We tried this out because the food on their Instagram looks great and it's not so far away from my location. At lunchtime, the restaurant was almost empty - so there was no warm kitchen smell. Just chilled seafood. And because it was so empty, there wasn't much atmosphere. The staff were really fr
The food here was absolutely amazing. We ordered almost everything off the menu as we were a large group. From the bread, to the octopus, oysters, burrata, crab, duck, halibut through to the delicious desserts, everything was extremely tasty and of very high quality. Alongside the food was a grea
Amazing seafood place, every dish is made with a twist, super delicious! Team is very welcome and friendly. Cherry on the cake - yogurt sorbet dessert - and they are dog friendly!! We will be definitely coming again!
Natalie was an exceptional waitress, with her recommendations and overall energy. The food was exceptional and cooked and served to perfection. I'd say the jerk bream was more like bbq flavoured bream but it was still divine. The highlight was that brulee though!
Wow. Just, wow. The food, drink and customer service here is amazing. I brought my boyfriend here to celebrate and it was a gamble as I'd never been before, they'd just opened, and there was one review on Google. That gamble seriously paid off - every single dish we had was delicious, the wines (eve
Exceptional food, wine and cocktails - everything was exquisite, and though pricey, absolutely worth it. We were the only customers there at 7pm, but within an hour it was completely full, and had a fantastic atmosphere as a result. The waiters also know their stuff, and were helpful with recommenda
Had lunch here with two friends today for the first time. Food was fabulous! We had a couple of starters and then ordered various things off the menu. I had the tandoori fish collars. The fish was plentiful and flavorful and beautifully cooked! We didn't have room for dessert today but we'll definit
Really great food. Every dish was delicious and full of flavour. The monkfish is particularly good, we also had the delicious pickled mussels on toast and the catch of the day with the curried sauce was equally fantastic.
I have reviewed Lyons before but wanted to highlight the set menu which is very good value at £22/27. The chef constructs it on the day. Yesterday we had two choices of starter and mains with one pudding All were great - the salmon and mussel curry (not on the menu) was delicious.
I have totally failed to understand the fuss and hype of this place. Perhaps it goes to show how much we are lacking behind for some decent seafood in London! This place is nothing special comparing to any ordinary seafood restaurants in most other countries…. I mean this place is not bad apart f
Good food, service and atmosphere. Interestingly, some dishes were seasoned/garnished with Japanese ingredients such as maitake mushroom, perilla. Enjoyed their unique Japanese fusion. New potatoes with truffle butter, Lyon bread with smoked cod roe paste were our favourite. Not only seafoods, they
Flawless! Relaxed decor, covid safe (clear masks for the hearing impaired) easy drinking wine. Really delicious, fresh fish! Wish there were even more fish dishes to choose from. Front of house staff all clued up on the menu.
Fantastic dinner. Everything was so good and went so fast that I didn’t have time to take any picture! Their special: monkfish tail, was one of the best things I ever ate in my life. Our waitresses were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and we’ll certainly be back!
