It has a modern and warm vibe! The service is food. The food is tasty especially the grilled ones. Appreciate they give me gluten free soy sauce. The fried chicken can be a bit more crispy.
I’ve been here twice and every time I left satisfied. I ordered 2 different menus each time and both of them were so tasty. Crab croquettes definitely to try!
Service is also great. Waiters are super helpful and they take good care of you throughout the dinner. Highly recommended!
Stick 'n' Sushi is a restaurant that has earned its reputation for delivering an extraordinary dining experience. It seamlessly blends culinary artistry with outstanding service, creating an unforgettable dining adventure. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a remarkable meal, Stick 'n' Sushi delivers an experience that exceeds expectations.
Excellent choice that I personally wasn't expecting from a chain and what I thought it was a place that was more about the looks than the food but I was wrong.
It was a group of 6 adults, 2 kids and I newborn and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
We went for a couple of the big sets, both had a bit of everything. We also got a couple of starters, I think edamame and some crab stuff.
Let me tell you, it was sooo nice and tasty, both sets and the starters and I found that we tried most of the stuff they have on the menu because the sets have a big variety.
In the end, with drinks and without deserts we paid a bit more than £40 per person which is pretty reasonable given how much we ate, the location and the service.
Would recommend to go as a group, you will make the most if you get one of those big sets.
Love this atmosphere and food was really delicious! We took “a la carte” for two and it was a great choice because we payed in total 90£!
We just did not love so much the service who was a bit oppressive (taking off the plate, asking many times if we want something else…) but it was a great experience overall.
It’s a fab restaurant and I would 100% recommend. The staff were fun, friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent! My hubby and I booked it last minute as a date night treat (we’ve been to the Canary Wharf restaurant many times) and we had the Summer menu. It was an excellent selection and was soooo good. I was hoping to try the citron meringue desert but unfortunately it was out, next time!!!
Absolutely delicious food and very friendly service. We went for one of the tasting menus...not cheap but actually good value for the volume of sushi. Highly recommended!
We absolutely LOVE Sticks'n'Sushi ! I've been to a few across London and one in Copenhagen and the SoHo branch is definitely my favourite. The space itself is so lovely and the staff were so helpful in guiding us through the menu and giving us advice on what to try! Will be going back soon 🍱🍣😋
On a rainy Wednesday evening in London, with the rain lashing down outside, we decided to try our luck at Sticks'n'Sushi Soho as Kiln had a 2 hour wait... This a popular Japanese restaurant in the heart of London in Soho. We had heard great things about the food, but we were also aware that it could be difficult to get a table without a reservation.
To our surprise and delight, we were welcomed in with open arms, even though we didn't have a booking. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they quickly found us a table in a cozy area of the restaurant.
The menu at Sticks'n'Sushi is extensive, with a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes to choose from. We ordered the set selection of different items to share, and we were all blown away by the quality of the food.
The sushi was particularly impressive. The fish was incredibly fresh and flavourful, and the rice was perfectly cooked. We especially enjoyed the salmon sashimi, the tuna nigiri, and the eel rolls.
In addition to the sushi, we were given some of the other dishes on the menu, such as the stand out wagyu beef skewers. All of the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented.
The food was top-grade, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Japanese meal and finish it off with a Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve.
We had a great meal here. Kids loved the sushi boxes and overall a great meal. Only marked down due to level of service - had to ask a couple of times for a drink to be given and then sparking water poured (unprompted and unasked for) into our still water glasses. but overall would definitely come back. Solid 4 out of 5.
The staff were great very accommodating and easy to talk to have answers to all questions I had about the food.
The food itself is amazing everything I had was stunning.
I had the beef tatiki which was out of this world strongly if you like beef you’ll love this. It comes as a cold meat topped with crispy vegetables which worked well with texture.
Also ordered the karaage which is fried chicken it was nice nothing spectacular exactly what you’d expect.
I then ordered a mini maki maki. All were amazing sushi my personal favourite was the Hell’s Kitchen.
If you are not a massive lover of seafood like my partner which we ordered nanban very good sushi and flavoursome.
Overall amazing experience I strongly suggest you book as it’s very busy there.
We arrived without reservation and luckily there was a table for us.
The food was great, especially the sushi (though i have to say not a big variety for vegs).
Prices are reasonable for the excellent food and atmosphere.
Service was very good but pay attention that 20% service tip is added to the bill.
Would definitely come back on my next trip to London 🇬🇧
Rolls are good and wagyu sticks are amazing!
I would say that when I tried Tried it 4 years ago, it was freaher. Its still good but not like before. Menu has a great variety but quality has gone down a bit.
A super nice experience in a very fancy restaurant. We chose the Soho branch since we loved the neighborhood vibes.
The menu is very appealing with clear imagery for each dish. The way they shot the food makes you order everything and the dishes are as presented in their photos.
Taste was amazing with rich flavors and great options that could accommodate to all tastes.
Service was super good and staff were friendly.

Stick n Shushi probably one of the affordable good quality Shushi place in london where you will have the perfect balance of food and quality, fresh fishes and amazing service..
Impressive, absolutely fabulous. A 10/10 place. Food was delicious and came almost immediately. The waiters are so nice and helpful.
For Sushi, 9 out of 10. Very delicious rolls and tender tuna.
For food in general, 7.5 out of 10. (Tempura, sticks, appetizer)
Staff 10 out of 10
If you know what to order, this place will become your favourite sushi place to order. The sushi is also so fresh and reasonably priced for amount of food you actually get. The ‘Sticks’ page is for your cooked fish, such as teriyaki salmon skewer etc and also the meat selection. There are ranges from pork, beef and chicken to choose from on this page. Along with individual item ordering , you have the option to order meals or meal sets which work out much better value for money especially if in groups. So much variety and all are executed at a very top level. The drinks menu is ok, I feel like there could be a few more cocktail choices, but at the end of the day, this venue is for food so in that sense, it does not disappoint.
