Traditional long established east end pie and mash shop. Eat in or take away at really good prices. With tiled walls and bench seating it feels like travelling in time to a bygone age. Staff were friendly and the pies, mash and liquor are as pukka and tasty as you can get.
The best apple crumble ever! I was craving for apple crumble with ice cream for several days, and finally got to find the amazing place. It was so soft and warm which was perfectly matched with ice cream. I won’t forget this first bite. 🥹 The staff was nice, and the store was good eat-in. Love it
Highly recommend a trip to this fabulous place. The pies are tasty. And it’s an absolute must to try the crumble apple pie with a scoop of ice cream. I will be back again and again and again 😊
#BrownPandaLikes Delicious Cokney classic Pie and Mash place. Pies served pipping hot with traditional style mash, so without any milk or butter. Served with liquor (parsley sauce) or gravy. I had to try both and they're both fabulous. Go for the liquor if you want a traditional London experience, o

Funny things is was looking for something else and stumble on this shop pop in and order 2 pie and mash with liquor which was delicious. It been quite some time since I have had this meal and if in the area again will pop in.
Wonderful pie and mash; the liquor (parsley sauce) complemented the pie and mash really well! Apple crumble was warm, and the acidity from the apples made it not too sweet; paired with the ice cream, it was really delectable 🤤 definitely a must try
I've wanted to try this place for a long time due to its popularity and great reviews. It's definitely great value for what you get with very efficient service. I loved the pie, however, I felt the mash and parsley sauce were fairly average. I had the apple crumble, too, which was delicious, but it
