Very enjoyable wine tasting evening with a nice 3course supper, hock terrine, chicken schnitzel, sticky toffee pud or cheese board (option available) 12 people in attendance ours was a Spanish night, other country's available.
Great evening with my wife. Priyadarshan was our waiter and he recommended a beautiful bottle of wine. Lovely time and great service!
I used to go to El Vino 15 years ago when it was packed at lunch time with barristers. Today the place is unaltered the food is good, service excellent but almost empty at lunch, the barristers seem no longer to be there, although I'm told they are in the evening. Staff are lovely. Food is decent and good value, really enjoyed the dolce leche cheesecake. The Malbec was divine š and they do a carafe as well as bottles and by the glass. Stumbled across it when looking for somewhere to eat. It was a really lovely experience.

It's a wine bar that feels like a pub due to decorations and building style. So I am not so sure this place provides a genuine wine bar feeling, at least to my European senses.
Stopped in for a late afternoon glass of wine. The woman working the bar was incredibly helpful. She was very patient in explaining the different wines, offering tasting, making recommendations. Very comfortable, cozy location. Great quality of wines at reasonable prices!
