I love this place. I came here to buy almonds, pistacchi and other nuts and the quality is amazing. Fruit and vegetables are good and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended, but it's better to bring cash for you because it is preferred, some shops have a minimum amount of spending.
Queen’s Market at Upton Park was wonderful. It was exciting to see African food, condiments and other things. You can buy meat directly from butchers and other local foods. As an african person, you find if not all, most of the ingredients you need to cook and enjoy a home meal.
Fresh Vegetables, fruits, Meat, Chicken etc. One of the best discount shops. Old market style. Attractive to the visitors. Don't miss to visit such an old Market. Surprisingly very low in prices. More you can for home solutions and travel. Many gift shops are also there.
Cheaper fruit and vegetables available...but check the quality first some of them are not in good condition....cheaper items available...
It’s really good and cheap market to buy everything you need.not clean market and have smelly but still we can get affordable prices so I like to shop here its in Upton Park its called green street London 58 ,330 bus goes there
Great atmosphere. Other markets are dying or dead yet queen's was vibrant and had a great selection of stalls and shops with lots of variety. The fact the market is covered means bad weather won't stop you.
The market has an array of cheap goods on sale. I visit the market mainly for fabric and the haberdashery, which are both amazing! The only negative is the cleanliness and the people. Hold on to your purse/wallet and wear a mask lol
Awesome for Meat and chicken (halal)😍!! If you ask me why because of it's reasonable price and quality of meat . Compare to others halal meat shops and groceries price is competitively cheaper here . 7/10. However, this place is little bit dirty which is unhingnic I think and you will also get bed s
It's a booming market. Always a beehive...✨💯 You can find anything from fruits to fashion.
Nothing like good old Queens Market. Everything you want is here organic, fresh produce. Lovely market, the council better not get rid of it!
This market, for me, is a double-edged sword; such a cringe factor, stalls everywhere, squashed fruit, and bits of veg on the floor and the sound of the butchers but then you have all the beautiful vibrant colours, hair and material shops. There's something about the hustle and bustle that gives it
Lots of fruits, veggies, halal butchers, fish market, clothes and other odd and ends. They have a nice food place in the Centre that does really nice jallof rice and they’re good is all halal.
Its just near the bus stop A in green street. Normally there are a few regular shops but on Sundays, there is a flea market. Its mostly known for the Sunday market. If u wanna buy second hand tools(esp. Driils/Saw etc) then be careful! Sellers charge incredibly higher, u can buy a new one from onlin
Big space full of various shops, especially full of indian sub-continental food items. 3 big butcher shops side by side with lots of meat options with accessable competitive price ranges.
Typical East London Market with lots of ethnic stuffs (mostly African & Asian goods) you're looking for. Also a range of African hair salons selling hair & nail products plus services.
Another old place you cant bypass it's been supported by the locals hardcore that the big supermarket giants failed to acquire the property (ASDA) the Queens like any traditional market supports local people sell their products. By the people for the people it's why it survived all this time
