Loyal Tavern - London - Photo album

Loyal Tavern is a brand new restaurant in Bermondsey by Tom Cenci (former executive chef at Duck & Waffle) and Adam White (Riding House Café). Located on Bermondsey Street, it’s close to the hustle and bustle of London Bridge. Tom Cenci and Adam White’s aim for the new spot is to bring the best of s
Enjoyed Saturday brunch here. The food is very good. We ate a vegetarian selection which included avocado on toast with a pepper stew (small but tasty), a veggie breakfast which was excellent. Loved the eggy bread with caramelised banana, absolutely delicious! The interiors are industrial in style.
Amazing food and coffee. We were served very fast, which was great, as I am usually grumpy when I'm hungry. My brunch was simple and really tasty. Good quality food all over. We're going to be back for sure.
We were so happy with everything here! The bar had exciting cocktails, the menu looked great and food tasted even better. All the staff was helpful, happy and genuine 😊 We will come back again, and again 🔙
We had a mixed feeling when Loyal Tavern replaced the much loved neighbourhood favourite Village East. It took us awhile before we finally decided to try. The service was great and responsive (kudos!). We ordered a selection to try: Chicken skin crackling Toasted flat bread with hummus Charred Mack
A well considered dining concept with clear desire to deliver non fussy and innovative dishes focused on locally sourced food. @thetravelnod visited the Loyal Tavern during their soft launch and there was a slight mishap with the electricity ('romantic lighting' let's call it) but the staff kept th
Lovely place for a date. Outstanding service, beautiful and delicious food, nice atmosphere. Prices quite high but everything you'll get is worth it.
Food absolutely fantastic. Also rjoa and I mean the cheapest one was excellent. The starter of chicken skin is phenomenal
Great decor, friendly staff - a good place to have a few drinks with friends. Although I didn't eat there I will on my next visit as the menu has a very interesting selection. Perfect after seeing an exhibition at White Cube Gallery
Eggs royal was great and they actually give a pot of tea rather than a cup. The colour of the yolk was orangey red which is impressive. Would have been better if they explained the ingredients and how they were sourced. Person who sat me down was lovely.
Delicious menu full of if british flavours. Recommend the pork checks, comes with black pudding and mash... Oh and the truffle and parsnip hummus!
Nice place on Bermondsey street, excellent service, good food, Brunch style but also there was fresh fish and other choices
Great atmosphere and decor. Staff were fantastic. Our waiter was great and very attentive (didn't catch his name but young, tattoos, short dark hair). As well as the other staff. We both found the food really delicious. Would definitely recommend. Loved the private meeting / dining area downstairs
Really fresh, delicious and inventive British food
We had dinner here with a few friends after we heard the former Village East was having a new soft launch with Duck and Waffle chef. We enjoyed very much the night with rich food and amazing service. The aged beef we had out of the regular menu was mouth watering and spiced lamb kebabs had a delicio
Small portions but reasonably priced, nice interiors.
