Ibu Malaysian Restaurant - London - Photo album

Tasty Malaysian food in a quaint restaurant. Ordered the chicken satay, pad Thai chicken, and stir fried vegetables. Portions were reasonable.
Much better than I expected for a new customer who haven’t tried anything about Malaysian cuisine. Extremely kind staff who explained the menu to us patiently.
Sodappp. The foods are great, i recommend roasted chicken rice and fried kuey tiaw seafood. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is cozy , clean and nice. Suitable for people who like to hangout and eat calmly.
Super delicious Malaysian food here! Nasi lemak, laksa Johor, chicken satay, roti canai, Mee goreng and etc. They even have ice kacang but only will start selling again in May. And service here is good too! Friendly staff.
As many other reviewers have noted, the service is good, both warm and efficient. Though the curry that accompanied the fluffy roti canai looks watery, it actually has depth. And though I’m personally not impressed by the weekend special of nasi ambeng, that’s probably because 1) I have nothing to
Excellent food with a good selection of Malaysian and Thai food. Recommend for groups and very reasonably priced. Don’t serve alcohol but good home made traditional Asian drinks and your usual fizzy drinks.
We just popped in for lunch and ordered the weekend special of Nasi Ambeng where the food comes in a giant platter for two to share. It comes with salted fish, vegetable curry, potato cake, sambal tempur and tofu, fried noodles, rice, chilli chicken and beef rendang. Also comes with rose syrup drink
Friendly Malaysian restaurant offering home-style Malaysian food 🥰😊😋
As a Malaysian, IBU is one of the few restaurants in London that takes me home (especially the Nasi Lemak). The food is the closest to authentic Malaysian food you can get. Although it's on the pricey side, I would still go back again! It's also a small, cosy restaurant with friendly staff. Just be
Good food and lots of choices. Had the curry mee and it was delicious. The 'teh tarik' was nice too, not too sweet.
Amazing little cosy Malaysian restaurant with very authentic food and lovely service. Hands down the best Pad Thai in London!
Was missing Singapore, so popped in on the weekend for a late lunch of nasi lemak. Very nice sambal (not too spicy), nice crispy chicken and ikan bilis, fragrant rice. Good value food, too (big portions for low prices). Drinks a bit pricey, but that offsets the cheap food. Friendly service. Nice!
Best Pad Thai!! Even with affordable price 😊
I was part of a group 16 people that ate at this restaurant yesterday. The service was great and the food was amazing. I had the curry puff chicken (starter) and fried kuey teow seafood (main), both were delicious! Will definitely eat here again (-:
