The best experience at The Arcade Food Hall, so much fun and the staff were incredibly friendly!!
We went for the bottomless lunch which truly was bottomless, a bit too bottomless as it was not clear exactly how much food we were actually ordering. It felt a shame to have to waste the leftovers (you can’t take any home).
The food was all lovely and was exceptionally flavourful and of high quality despite the cheap price!
I feel like a lot more could’ve been done with desserts however as there was only ice cream.
I think the bottomless experience is great fun and a great way to sample many of the dishes available.
I was also unaware that there’s apparently an arcade downstairs, I wish someone would’ve told me. Would have loved to see it!
Overall great time and great staff.
Great place to go with a group if you're okay with things arriving at different times. Easy to book a table online. Ordering via QR code on the table is simple enough, but would be good to see the menu in full when doing so, as you have to keep switching back and forth on different menus.
The food is good overall, but pricing is inconsistent. Tacos were great, and at £15 for three plus a dip, not too bad. Tortilla chips with the tiniest bowl of guacamole for £7.50 was a bit of a rip off.
This place is amazing. A food hall but you are seated in an elegant dining room and order food from various "stalls" online and it's brought to your table. The options include Mexican Nepali Indonesian Indian and Japanese. There is also an American option. The food was mostly small plates and ideal for sharing. Everything we ate was superb from the pork taco to the paneer. And there's a good cocktail beer and wine selection. Prices extremely reasonable. Service was five star. Attentive and helpful. This is the first time I've been to a five star food hall and you won't see anything like this routinely so if in London you must try. And location extremely central right by the Tottenham Court Rd tube.
Oh and ignore the reviews that say the portions are too small. THEY ARE SMALL PLATES. Yes, you have to order several plates to make a meal. Have these people never been to a tapas restaurant?? Prices are reasonable despite some of the reviews especially for the quality of the food. I ate and drank till I couldn't breathe for 45 quid and that included a delicious margarita. I ordered Nepali Indonesian and Indian plates. Couldn't even eat it all. So prices are indeed reasonable and yes small plates are SMALL!! If you only order one small plate you will be disappointed.
Great location to eat with a good selection of different cuisines. Service was really good, the only comment I would make is that the portions are on the smaller side so order a few extra things if you're quite hungry. Really enjoyed the smash burger, so much so that I forgot to take a photo of it... The halal range is also really good so there are plenty of options
Arcade is essentially an upscale food hall where instead of queuing for food you have table service with a selection of different food vendors from around the world. We opted for the 'All In' package when we visited whereby you get bottomless food for 90mins from a selected menu. It was a good option if you want to sample a bit of everything! A great experience, perhaps not the most authentic tasting dishes in some instances, but still a good option for international cuisines in the heart of Central London!
I went here with a few people and it's a great atmosphere. We went to the burger place called Manna which was great. I had the hot chicken burger with waffle fries.
The service at this place wasn't great. I asked for condiments, but they never came, so I had to ask a different waiter for a second time. I also asked for water, which never came at all.
We had to make payment, which included a service charge ahead of us receibg our food, which didn't make sense to me as we paid a service fee for bad service.
Overall, I'd come here again to give it a second chance as the food was great.
Many food stalls to choose from
Love using the QR code to order, it’s much more convenient than waiting and collecting food from each food stall.
Service was great too.
We ordered the sushi, which was just average.
But we highly recommend the prawn toast from Canto food stall😍 love the crispy texture of the bread and sesame added flavour to the whole thing! The only flaw is that the portion is not big enough.
We do not recommend the pork rice, they didn’t use real “Char siu” and it’s not authentically made, which is a shame🙁
We also ordered the masala tots and they were super good too🤤
I do not know where to start!
I’ve been in the hospital for 9 weeks as I’m a cancer patient and this is common for me, usually I avoid restaurants because allot don’t have space for wheelchairs, they find it difficult to accommodate and I get nervous how people react seeing me sick.
Today I met Bhushan, I had come in wanting a specific dish that they had sold out of and upon telling him he made sure to get the kitchen to make a portion. He has got to be the most friendly and understandable person I have ever met while out anywhere. At one point during conversation I couldn’t pickup my knife and he helped instantly. He spoke to me like I was normal and was so polite and welcoming explaining the items on the menu.
The FOOD itself was absolutely insane , there was nothing I did not like but I can genuinely say lots of people have amazing food but staff members like Bhushan are what is the asset. We initially wasn’t sure about staying after they didn’t have the item, the conversation and recommendations is what made us stay.
I also want to say a massive Thank you to you, these 9 weeks have been absolutely hell with diagnosis after diagnosis and today I felt like I did when I was well and got pushed back to my hospital room smiling ear to ear.
Most amazing restaurant, all the best
Great place to order lots of different dishes from different restaurants and cuisines to your table. Manna fried chicken is great. Fries from the Lebanese place are also nice with the yogurt.
Great concept of one location hosting I think 9 different kitchens under one house. Most vendors are halal and you can order from your table by scanning the QR code and the menu clearly labels what is halal. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The lady who welcomed me in explained what is halal and which places may have potential cross contamination which was very helpful. I tried the Hot Smash Burger from Manna and have to say it's one of the best smash burgers London has to offer. There was a bit of confusion with one of my orders but the manager Azam was brilliant in resolving the issue and full credit for his customer service. I'll definitely be back to see what else is on offer and it's a brilliant location just outside Tottenham Court Road tube station.
We came here for their London Cocktail Week cocktail which was a fun concoction and very tasty. We didn't eat but we def thought about it, as they have a lot of options here and everything that came out was looking and smelling amazing. The bar was open for us to order and they have a digital menu which makes things a little less chaotic in this super busy food hall. Tables are not first come first served, and that kind of gave the place a bit more organization in the midst of the busy atmosphere. I think it's a great spot to grab food and drinks, especially if you can hit it before (or after) the major rush!
A really smart looking food court and bar located right next to Tottenham Court Road underground station. Super convenient reservation system via Google, lots of big and small tables for parties of all sizes.
Lots of food choice and particularly enjoyed the smash burgers from MANNA, as well as the indian chicken burger from HERO.
We very comfortably celebrated a birthday here, bringing our own cake and using the venue's plates and cutlery already set out on the table.
They serve beer towers of Camden hells and cocktails were mostly good, had a really tasty tequila margarita.
Decent food! Good variety! You might want to book a table if you’re going at a particularly busy time (E.g we booked for 7pm on Thursday for 4)
You order and pay via a QR code and the food and drinks get delivered to your table. Dishes will come at different times as they’re made by different stalls. The only snag was when we ordered milkshakes and they took an age to come. We flagged down a server and asked them to check, and only then saw the team making them. They were good though!
Manna smash burger was insane 10/10
Shawarma fries 10/10, but beware the chilli sauce is v spicy!!!
Chicken momos 7.5/10, decent but quite expensive (£7.50 for 3)
Kale Caesar 4/10, honestly tasted quite stale (like old oil?) and the dressing wasn’t really like a Caesar dressing, it was missing the savoury tang. More just a general white creamy dressing.
Fun for a meeting with friends or a date!
Great food hall where you can find a huge variety of different kind of food.
From different countries, products, meals, drinks, cocktails...
Mexican, indian, Nepal, Thai, American,...
Service is good, you scan your table number and order, food with images and prices, pay and then your food is served within a fee minutes.
The place is good, lile a food market but pro...
Relax and really big, allow to have kids inside!
Although, I've walked past this place several times never got inside to have food until today and I regret not coming here before.
The service and food was just amazing.
Great atmosphere and good music.
The floor manager Azam and Rifan took good care of us and made us feel like home. Highly recommended.
