Truly great place for a bite to eat. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The atmosphere is very quaint and provides a lovely getaway from the bustle of the city. The food is delicious and well priced (& the chips are excellent!), and the fresh hummus and olives are so goooood! Overall, it's a grand experience - I'll need to come back and try all the other courses as well.
All the good reviews that I have read about this new restaurant are true. I loved the place, location, food atmosphere and most importantly the wonderful staff. I always enjoy to eat these type of food so if you like these kind of dishes then you should definitely give it a try :)
I recently discovered the Olives and Figs by accident. It is fairly basic restaurant with some limited outside seating but it's clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is brilliant almost beyond description, the portions are generous and it is good value for money. Over the course of four days I ate my way through about half of the vegetarian selection. I particularly liked having several of the hot starters served together as a Mezze type main course for two people. I don't usually do deserts either but I certainly did there. Finally the mint tea was the most authentic that I have encountered outside of Morocco.
I thoroughly recommend the place and it's well worth taking a ride out to deepest, darkest Golders Green just to exercise your tastebuds.
1st class, delicious food, and lovely service. This restaurant has its own unique take on some great Mediterranean classics. Try the Chicken & olive risotto, or the moussaka. Just wonderful.
My lamb tagine was packed with flavour and I wanted to lick the bowl clean.. but I didn't want to embarrass those dining with me. Also, the staple houmous starter was served in a really tasty way. The coffee was good, and the service was good. Really pleased I lunched here, everything was delicious and good quality. Reccomended.
This place is really amazing . Food is incredible , drinks are awesome , I recommend the Orange lemon and ginger juice , definitely need to try the chicken wings with their home made sauces ( chilli sauce and garlic sauce ) . Priced are very reasonable for the quality offered . My favourite part was the customer service . People are so friendly , they take the time to talk to you , explain the menu , make recommendations , tell stories . It was overall a really great visit !
Meal was delicious, especially Olives&Figs chicken risotto and hummus and the prices are reasonable too. Staff is very friendly as well so I definitely recommend this restaurant also because of nice coffee and cake ☺️
Delicious chicken shish wrap and great milkshakes - perfect for late night food with friends or a chilled family dinner. Super friendly service with a smile. Highly recommended!
