The retro atmosphere here is so great--even down to the music choices. Prepare for good vibes as every single member of staff is lovely, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. 🤩
Food wise, it's all vegan and pretty outstanding. I can't get enough of the shakes, fries or the caesar wrap! The loyalty reward system is great too. 10/10 very, very big fan, I can't wait to return! 😄
Quite a nice vegan fastfood place close to oxford street, regent street etc. We loved the burger we tried. The hotdog was not nearly as nice as the burgers were. We loved the classic lemonade but did not like the watermelon one. Prices seem somewhat reasonable? We spent about £32 on the food pictured below (2 drinks, 2 “mains”, 2 sides). You order the food through the touch screen at the counter and then the staff brings it to your table.
Shame they don’t do mac and cheese anymore!
For some reason, a meal for two ended up being about 40£ certainly went up in price, a lot more expensive than your standard McDonald’s.
The food was amazing, it hit the spot, fantastic hangover food. The waitress was super nice and helpful. The food was fairly quick as well.
Visited on Tuesday evening, the place was almost empty. Great to get it on the go. Certainly had some take sways orders going on as well.
I commended previously on their packaging as well, it’s very excessive, even if it’s cardboard, no need. Only created extra waste! Recommend to eat in to avoid all that packaging.

Great food, as is the Neat Burger standard. Perfect for satisfying that hangover food craving, but veganised. Pretty place and friendly staff. Dogs are allowed inside. A little pricey, though.
Super nice food. I got a cheeseburger and tater tots, but should have gotten skinny fries instead because it tasted so much potato, but still good though. I had the churros as dessert and it was delicious. Will come back :)
I'm not 100% vegan and I think most non-vegans will enjoy their food. The smokestack burger is one of the best I've had. The tater tots were really good. Not sure what they season them with but they did a good job. Vegan vanilla shake was also awesome. My first time here and the staff was very helpful.
Good fast food restaurant in the center of London. Would recommend the NEAT burgers! Tater tots were also great. The cauliflower wings were a bit more spicy than expected.
Small restaurant, the music is a bit loud and the ambience isn’t great upstairs, but it’s a lot better downstairs. The seats aren’t the most comfortable but really nice to just sit there and relax a bit when you’ve had a busy day or want to wind down after walking around the busy streets of London.
You order via a screen (iPad like idea, just like at other major fastfood restaurants) but the staff is friendly and willing to help you or give you recommendations if you ask.
They have screens up with which orders are listed as being prepared or ready. When it’s not too busy, they can bring the food to your table. Nice service!

Honestly my favourite vegan burger place. They never disappoint and I love that I don't have to worry about anything on the menu. The service is really good, all electronic so it would be really hard to get the order wrong. The food is always hot and fast and fresh. The pricing is very reasonable, I always visit anytime I'm in Oxford Circus, it's not one I will miss out on. I think I've tried everything on the menu and I like it all!!
The restaurant is completly vegan. They have many different types of burger and sides to decide from. We talked with the friendly staff who guided us through the menu and also all the sides, snacks and so on.
We had the Original-Cheese, Neat Burger and Neat-Nuggets with ketchup, mayo and the neat sauce.
All the dishes were delicious. The recycling concept of the restaurant is also very neat.
Not the cheapest place for burgers, but one of the tastiest burger chains in London. Freshly cooked, fast and at this branch brought to your table.
Smashing place. We went end of day, so difficult to rate the atmosphere but excellent found and very friendly, helpful staff. It's definitely worth a second visit 👍😎🎯
I've been a few times. It's been excellent each time. I had the buffalo califlower last time. Was licking my fingers all the way to Oxford Street. Delicious.
I visited yesterday, and my food was served with kind smiles! Yay. I really enjoyed all the food, tots , chips (their mayo is so thick and creamy!) and the spicy cauliflowers were great. All for 10£. Excellent place in central London, ethical company, everything is clean, toilets too, lots of seating available, many options to choose from.
Lovely staff, very helpful and sweet. The nuggets were very good and tasted like chicken. 👍 We'll visit again on our next trip to London. Don't think you like vegan food, try this, you'll love it.
Very nice vegan burgers! We didn’t even noticed it was all plant-based until we stepped inside and saw the stickers on the wall. We had the loaded tater tots which were SO good. Exactly what I was craving!! Definitely recommend this place!
