My wife a I got the bathroom suite from city plumbing the whole experience was great Adam was our advisor. Friendly helpful and overall nice guy. He help us choose and design the bathroom,timed the delivery with us so that it coincided with the fitters. any problem that came up was fixed straight away. Great company great people

Sonia has been absolutely fantastic. We worked with her to fit my new bathroom. She was very contentious, found the best value deals for parts and was extremely helpful recommending suitable plumbers and tilers. Would definitely recommend them!! Love my bathroom!!

The Bathroom Showroom (City Plumbing) Wimbledon was highly recommended to us by our plumber because of the quality of their products and service. We needed to completely update our bathroom and met with Sonia Docherty, the showroom sales manager. Sonia was incredibly helpful and creative in helping us to put together something that suited our lifestyle, was stylish and aesthetic and also practical and functional. During the build we needed a few changes, sometimes at very short notice, but nothing was too much trouble for Sonia who went out of her way to source alternative ideas and guide us through to a solution that was right for us. We also had to swop over a couple items which was painless and swift. We've had various works done in our building but nothing and no-one lives up to the superb quality of care and service we experienced with Sonia, or the fabulous quality of products and fittings available at excellent prices. I would highly recommend (and have done to friends) The Bathroom Showroom/City Plumbing and especially Sonia who's knowledge, expertise and customer service was exceptional. We love our new bathroom!
We needed a new bathroom so we went along to see Sonia. Sonia was so helpful in designing and utilising the small space we had with attention to detail in the design and layout of our new bathroom. She then showed us a 3D visualisation of the bathroom which was very helpful in making the final decision. I would highly recommend a visit to City Plumbing.
Have to echo Carlo's latest review. Customer service is second to none. I asked for advice on a leak detection system and they offered to call the manufacture to find out some technical information for me. Having passed that information over to me, they did not even try to force a sale of a product and were quite happy they could assist a potential customer out!
In a world where customer service is a dying skill set, this truly was a breath of fresh air... heck call them up if you are bored, working at home and fancy a chat about plumbing!

5 stars all round for their customer service - Rich and the Team at Wimbledon are professional and go above and beyond to help get what you need in and delivered on time. I will never shop anywhere else again for my plumbing needs. Highly recommended.
I usually enjoy shopping here but one experience what ruined it, the guy on the counter gave me the wrong fitting, doesn't even know the difference between a coupling and a elbow, name starts with a R but I can't even be bothered to remember it. Be better working first aid saving people than attempting to save plumbers cause I tell you he can't do that
