This particular Cake Box is my family's favourite because they really take care of the quality of the cake! Always fresh, nice and tasty! The shop itself is super clean which says a lot of the whole picture of the shop!
I placed an order for a cake to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday a few days ago and I had to write a review to commend the young lady who took my order and also provided advice and assured me of the delivery, which was, by the way, on time. Lovely lady, exemplary customer service and everyone enjoyed the cake.

We had to place a rather last minute cake order for my niece/Goddaughter’s baptism.
Not only was the cake made ready by the following day for collection, but we couldn’t have been more happy with the quality and design of the cake.
The team at the bakery were extremely helpful, taking the time to even advise on care of the cake while it was transported from bakery to venue (I drove so carefully, you’d think I had the little bundle of joy on board 😁).
I really now wish there had been time to take pictures of the cake to share.
The cake itself couldn’t have been more appetising or tastier, as we struggled to save just about a quarter of the cake for the parents to take home, with all the requests being made for a slice or two.
Forgive the pun but the cake proved to be the “proverbial icing on the cake” for my niece’s/Goddaughter’s baptism.

Came in wanting an image on a naked cake, and I needed it ASAP (horrible time management on my end); Asha did wonders to get it done for me in the next half hour and was extremely understanding and helpful throughout the whole process, which is always immensely appreciated. I would defo come back (but better planned out next time lol). Massive thank you once again!

I have never had a cake from this store before and when I got there the staff were very happy to help me and smiling the whole time I was there. The store was very clean and had a large variety of cakes on display. I didn't know what cake I wanted so was there for some time and staff didn't rush me and asked other staff to come out from the back to help other customers. Definitely reccommend Cake Box Harlesden

I am happy that they open one here in harlesden and we don't need to go to wembley. I love their cakes cos it is not too sweet. And its always fresh unlike other cake shop. The store is very clean. The staff was nice as well.
