I like pre a manger sandwiches. They have full range of sandwiches and hot foods. Weekend lunch time, was pretty busy. I didn’t wait too long for buying but the cashier wasn’t good friendly. BUT I enjoyed sandwiches as usual fresh!
I will always rely on Pretty for a decent sandwich with enough filling to satisfy. I'm a huge fan of their vegetarian wraps and if l have enough space cake. The Earl Grey tea more palatable than most. I don't like wimpy Ceylon tea bases ( most silk bag toting places stick these)as they don't brew properly.
Went there today and staff was amazing! The girl kindly asked if we would like some salad for free since they were about to close and production produced too much! It was a really nice offer and I love the salad! We stayed for a coffee and even though they were closing they let us stay a bit longer while they are cleaning and preparing for tomorrow. Really really great girls and an amazing customer service! 5 stars for sure!

I went on a very busy hot day and they had already run out of all their frappés and cold fruit smoothies. However, the staff here are very nice and try to be as efficient as possible even when it’s crowded. If you are reading this in September then the opening times have been changed to the pre-corona ones so ignore what it says on the website, they’ve extended it and no longer close early.

What a pleasant lunch I had yesterday , the soup was absolutely amazing just perfect for the colder days we are having , I also had their vegan meatball wrap , the seasoning an Italian red sauce was yumm ...will definitely pop back in soon. Great range , clean space , friendly staff.
I ordered from abroad for a friend's birthday, breakfast and coffee. I made a mistake on the website and had to call to correct the order. The staff was so friendly and polite! Very happy with the customer service :) I hope the food and coffee is just as great!
Updated review to 4stars because of how good the staff are here. The AM barista has learned my regular order and often has it ready for me as I get to the counter. Stuff like that makes you feel really appreciated and welcome.
The staff are friendly and there's a good variety of baked goods, if you have the coffee subscription then the coffee is fine but it's about what you'd expect from a Pret.
This place is great for coffee and great for food
I buy food and drinks from Pret, as as a cafe, I do find their edible goods, mostly reasonable. They make for me, their teas and cofee's extremely well and good, I think. They are also quite generous, as I've built up a customer relationship, I find they compensate this by rewarding me with free beverages, frequently. I therefore remain loyal to them, as a result.
It was good visiting the restaurant again, but the staff very lazy this time and left the waste bin to over full and spills over. I had to drew the attention of one of the staff who was busy serving new customers to that effect.
