I am going to attempt to describe how nice this place is but to be honest you need to try it for yourself. Firstly staff are very friendly and service is top class. The stall is always clean and the food smells great as you walk down Bow lane.
As well as being serious value for money with large portions the food is absolutely amazing. If you want a real authentic Mexican burrito this place beats all the high street franchises which tbh after you have tasted this you will be wondering how the likes of burrito mama etc... get away with selling such crap!
Most important part is the food though. So I am a fan of the chicken burrito as it is marinated in a mix of spices with onions and red peppers. I always go for the creamy black beans which blend perfectly with any of the spicy sauces... I go for the hottest as a fan of a little burn, however it is a nice creamy mix with the cool guacamole and salsa. Topped off with jalapeño and coriander just make for the perfect meal that satisfies for the long evening stretch.
The only pity about this burrito place is that I can't get it for dinner. Hoping they open up a shop and maybe a few around London.
***ALERT*** Attention All, just had my first experience of Burrito Joe on Bow Lane and I was blown away! It was fresh and very very tasty! Great speedy service together with quality ingredients will now make this my daily go-to place for lunch!

Without doubt the BEST burrito in London - miss this place since I changed jobs. Really hoping they have a permanent residence somewhere soon!
After some technical difficulties, Burrito Joe and his team really pulled through. They provided us with a delicious and excessively generous work lunch that we were able to share around the office. Really nice team and really tasty food. We'll be pleasantly full for days!

How this place only has 1 review is anyone's guess. Absolutely delicious, clean, good value, and I'm sure way better than 99% of the tourist traps in the area.
Great burrito. Very tasty, well worth the money. Excellent service from the chap making them, didn't catch his name, but understood he came from maderia - a credit to his employer.
Small store that sells outside a railway arch. The ingredients looked fresh and the kitchen very clean so I decided to give it a try. The burrito did not disappoint! A generous serving and well balanced spiciness with a good amount of cream and guacamole. I'll be back.
Walking around London and was looking for something different other than a sandwich lunch. I bumped onto this little gem. The attendant (could’ve been the owner) was super helpful and very eager to make sure he gets it right. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was delicious. Exactly what i was looking for. Also bigger than normal so i can snack on it later. I recommend this place.
Get your choice of meat, salad and spices.
