My friend took me here she said it’s one of the best tea shop in London and I totally agreed!!! The tea taste very authentic and the flavor is strong, I ordered hojicha which I absolutely love, if you have a sweet tooth then maybe 40% sweetness or above will suit you better.

I came in Kissaten for first time and there self service to order the drink and makeup separate. I was confused when I use self order that it didn't go back to drink menu. The Customer told me to use another machine that it's for makeup. I decided to pick Warm Strawberry Milk Tea with pudding that I would love to drinking it. 9.5/10 I highly recommend to try this bubble tea!

This place makes some great tasty bubble tea! Very flavoursome and although more pricy than other bubble tea shops it's worth the price. We ordered the Hojicha Milk Tea and the Hojicha taste was very strong with is soooo good! And the photo below was a small, but if you get a big, it's very big! You can probably share that between two, and it would be enough. Also, inside they sell Japanese cosmetics, some snacks, and a decent priced Karaoke (Karaoke Epoc)!

Love this cozy and spacious bubble tea place in Soho! I had their signature milk tea with taro balls, 25% sweetness was just perfect. I was invited by the super friendly and helpful shop owner and staff to try milk tea with honey/rose tapioca, and tea with salted cheese/matcha cheese topping, all very good. Will definitely visit again.

finally found my favourite milk tea store in london! (or actually everywhere) whilst on the slightly more expensive side, the honey tapioca at kissaten is unmatched. the texture is perfect and the taste is the perfect sweetness also. i came here twice in 2 days and got the honey green tea (0 sugar) both times as it was that good! i have also tried the earl grey milk tea which is also pretty good, as well as the honey milk tea (personally i prefer honey green > milk) it’s super easy to order from the screens and is perfect for people who don’t like interacting with real humans as the only time there is human contact is when you pick up your order. kissaten truly never misses and i would be willing to travel extended distances just to get boba from here

My favourite thing about this place is that there is a range of different teas and options. I think the cheese foam here is also really good compared to other bubble tea stores. They also have iPad ordering so you can take your time to browse through their selection.

A pearl in London! A friend advised me to get a bubble tea here, and it exceeded all expectations. This has nothing to do with the commercial, over the top sugary bubble tea : it's a real flavor. Don't be afraid to test out, as all combos I did went smoothly!

One of my favourite places to get boba - lots of great options (including lactose-free)! My favourite are their taro drinks and any milk tea with rose boba <3

With other bubble tea stores a long queue, this one is a bit quiet. The service is good. A bit disappointed that they don’t have bubble that day. Tried the best seller Hojicha milk tea. It was really tasty! love it! Definitely gonna come back for bubble tea! (After 26th June)

Love its honey and rose tapioca!!!! You can’t find these type of tapiocas in any other stores I am sure! You can order 0% of sweetness if you really live the pure taste of tea, i do this all the time and I love it! However, I just notice there is huge price increase now ( at least this is what i saw from the deliveroo), probably will just stick to other bubble teas ( coco) which is much cheaper.

Felt like a Japanese store where you order using a vending machine and ticket but this is on a tablet. Quite expensive for a Japanese flavoured bubble tea but we enjoyed it. Different to flavours you would find in "traditional" boba stores.

Ordered by the self service till, screen was a little hard to press but got the job done. Got the roasted oolong milk tea at recommended levels of sugar and ice. Didn't get called to get the drink so needed to check at the counter and had no issues otherwise. Overall good flavours, though at the recommended sugar level it was too sweet for my taste and would recommend any sugar lower than this. Price wise I think it was a little pricey as someone that from outside of London but good to try out.

Wanted to visit this place as my main stop in London and so happy I did! I find Rose Milk tea harder to find in some shops but I really like how the screens are there for everyone to see & customize their own order. Went on Saturday so it was busy but even still we did not wait long for our order! The boba was nice and would certainly recommend. *Pic is of the Rose Milk tea with cream foam, but I took the label off by accident so just trying to show the logo :)

A lovely Japanese tea/bubble tea store located in the heart of Soho that has an array of traditional Japanese style teas and boba beverages for you to try Firstly, I have to give credit to their ordering system whereby you use an iPad to take your own order and a receipt would be provided right after. Not a usual practice in other bubble tea places. The convenience of this is astounding. You can take your time with ordering exactly what you want and looking at the choices. Perfect for times when interacting with staff is difficult. In addition, it frees up time for the staff. The menu was well detailed, with prompts and advice at the sugar and ice level section I went for the Matcha Rose Milk Tea. Instead of opting for normal tapioca, I chose Rose pearls. The pearls were very soft and chewy. One of the best I’ve had. The drink was incredibly sweet, even on 10% sugar level. It is advised that with additional toppings in drinks, you select for no sugar - something I’ll bare in mind for next time. The matcha was profoundly strong with an authentic tea taste that lingered in your tastebuds post-sip. It is nicely paired with the sweetness of the Rose milk. It took a while for the order to come, but overall, I am satisfied with the experience. If you are a fan of Japanese tea, then this is worth trying as they have a lovely selection of tea-based drinks.

My new favourite! I wasn't sure if it was different than any of the other Boba/Milk tea places but it so is. We had the Genmaicha and the normal matcha boba tea and they were amazing. They have honey white boba and it's delicious. And the best think about is that all their milk is dairy and lactose free! There is always a queue but really worth the wait.
