i was not expecting a highly class customer service in this place tooting chicken cottage its the best out of allplus the food if so fresh and well cooked.
Recently visited Chicken cottage Tooting. had a wonderful customer service from a employee named sharam.
he was really helpful and polite.
he was not only serving but also guiding the kichen arean great multitasking skills.
we have had many takeaway experoences this was the best.
Your company can be proud of having employees this good. we will be making cottage our regular place to go instead of other fast food places because of your grat employee. many thanks to all of you.

I was driving by the tooting high street and i spotted this shop called chicken cottage. it was soo busy and i was thinking that i will speed time waiting to be served, but surprisingly i placed my order in 6 or 5min from the time that i entered the shop.it was a good experience

Hello, i think im lucky to visit this chicken cottage today. its was a fantastic expertise. the gentleman served me with a lovely smile in his face. also the food i ordered was amazing (I ordered a fillet burger spicy)
The spicy chicken burgers are fantastic, crispy and juicy. The wings to start are a great option, the hot ones being the best I think the other ones are a bit sweet. Really great place
I visit London every couple of months and have to make sure that i stop here. The Chicken cottage tootin is so nice, i could eat it endlessly! Great value for Money and staff are brilliant! Wish i had one in back in my place! See you soon!
on friday like today you are lucky to see chicken cottage tooting open at this time. Personally i was glad that they are still open and when i reached the front door i was not expecting the place to be like that it was sooo cool every member of staff is happy to take my order and serve me . the food was so tasty , the price was reasonable

Chicken cottage tooting is a restaurant that you shouldn't miss going, nice grill chicken salad and fried chicken.
I had my grill chicken meal that was really fresh and well served, must try the meals!
Fast service and great chicken
Came here for an early supper on a friday evening.
We ordered a whole chicken to share and two sides fries and drinks.
The meal arrived in minutes (the chickens were already on the grill ), and it was already carved into portions for us.
All the good was warm, tasty and reasonably priced.
Well worth a visit.
I’ve been a regular customer since they’ve opened and honestly the standards have always been consistent throughout. By far the best burger - chicken flavour is phenomenal and the staff (especially the manager) are all extremely nice.The chicken wrap roll and the beef burger were delicious. this is worth a try!

Was at the branch in Tooting bec as was in the area shopping with friend & when I suggested fried chicken for lunch he recommended the Chicken cottage Tooting
I had never been before as don’t live in the UK but was not disappointed
I had the Big cheeseburger & it was cooked perfectly also love The sauce on burger as well as Peri peri sauce here as well.(I only speed a £5.49 and it comes with meal )

Chicken cottage tooting is very good place to eat, great food, great staff great music. My wife says its the best vegetarian burger shes ever had. Very reasonably priced for the area, would definitely eat here again
when we to chicken cottage tooting, we always get the flame grilled chicken, peri-peri chips, coleslaw, and flame grilled wings, which is on par with Nando's, at a fraction of the price. Can't go wrong.

hey offer a wonderful range of meals. The taste is great as they are prepared onsite. Very friendly staff and the sitting areas are always clean. Variety of sauces and excellent non alcoholic drink range.

You might think Chicken Cottage is just Chicken Cottage but think again. If you are travelling in London it will be better here. All the ingredients that are not just spices and oil are local and the souces taste much better there becouse of great water quality. Also all burgers and stuff with any kind mayo tastes much better in london ( toooting)

We were here having dinner 3 weeks ago in our trip to London and we really enjoyed it. The portions are incredibly huge and the burguers were very tasty too. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is great. I really recommend it!
I had a takeaway delivered to my Hotel. The chicken strips were a tad greasy, but the seasoning was lovely, not too spicey! The chicken salad was great. I recommend this place and I'm sure if you can go to eat in, it will be even better. I give it 5 stars, which is extremely highly ranked for me!
A great friendly family place to have lunch or dinner wash rooms are large with a dink outside in case the bathroom is busy - and it’s always busy. A local hot spot with lots of seating and booths for large groups. Extensive menu delays hot fresh food. You have to try the chicken wings they are the best in town.
It is the brst restaurant I have ever visited.
I had very nice meal there specially spicy wings were so delicious, i always go with my family, its really nice place in tooting of international standards, i am glad that they have opened branches in other countries as well

A very big outlet so they have quite a lot of seating, which is very surprising for a chicken cottage in fact. Staff are nice and friendly and provide with you a good service whilst your time there.
The food is very nice indeed and they have one of the best fried chicken. They have quality food and make an effort with the customer which is why I go back there.
The food was amazing. The chicken was cooked well. Juicy & succulent inside, not dry at all. Grilled to perfection. Love the peri peri sauces, One of the best branches I've been to.. Staff food and service top notch.. No waiting around like the other branches.

This is my go to chicken spot, fully Halal food and it's always great! Grilled chicken burger is the best thing on the menu and the wings aren't far off either. Staff are usually super friendly and welcoming and they always look after us well. Would recommend visiting and you'll be going back regularly like I have for over the last 10 years!

I come here fairly regularly for a take away and have done so for many years. The staff are always polite and it's always clean. I've only sat in once or twice. I always check my order before I leave (because i'm just like that) and everything is usually fine. Good range of products. I usually have a grilled chicken burger.
Update 3 years later on 04/08/19
So, I’m trying to be conscious about what I eat and now am mainly vegan but there’s the odd slip up- like yesterday when I popped to Chicken Cottage for a grilled chicken and some fries. I got home to find that I had half a chicken only. So I rang up today even though I didn’t think I had been charged for the whole chicken (the price on the recipe was cheap). The manager had picked up the phone and was charming. He confirmed I had only been charged for half the chicken and fries- ie items I had received but he asked me to pop in and as I had some chores to do in that area- I went in later.
The manger, Fayaaz A.Q. was v apologetic and lovely and handed me a complimentary half a chicken. Such good customer service is rare. What great staff. Five star treatment for customers deserves a five star review. Thank you!
We ordered our food and being in uniform they gave me the NHS 20% discount. When we got back to eat it we had found that we didn't get all of what we requested. But the food was very delicious.
Been going here for almost 20 years. Definitely downhill over the years. Did not enjoy the fillet burger not the wings. Bread was cold and dry on burger. Poor standards for Chicken cottage.
