Good food for a reasonable price on the edge of the theatre district. There are toilets available in the restaurant. Staff were very good even though they were constantly on the go. This is the less busy of the Bella Italias hidden around the back of Leicester Square, therefore normally not as much of a wait for seating.

Great food, I like the option for 1/2 pizza with a green salad. There was a mistake with one of the meals but the team were very quick to rectify. The restaurant is quite small so you feel very close to the back-of-house, we liked it, it added to the vibe but it wouldn't be the place for a quiet meal.

Came here and had a meal with my wife after a musical. Would say booking in advance is essential as it's in the theatre land. Food served was good. Good menu. Friendly and efficient staff

Nice service and the restaurant is cozy and very well located. The food is good but not overwhelming. It also a bit pricey...

Valentina our waitress was magnificent. She is efficient, polite, and attentive. The food was very well priced: 22£ for a set three course lunch meal. For the area, it was a steal. The food was decent, but can’t beat it for the price. The dessert was yummy!

Bella Italia on Irving Street is a delightful culinary experience. The warm and welcoming ambiance combined with the mouthwatering Italian cuisine creates an unforgettable dining adventure. The menu offers a diverse array of Italian classics, and each dish is expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, making dining here a pleasure. Bella Italia is a go-to destination for those craving a taste of Italy in the heart of London, and I highly recommend it.

Visited here for lunch with my daughter. It wasn't too busy and as it was an extremely hot day, we chose to sit inside as it was cooler. Cellular data connection on 3 network was very sketchy, so was worth taking a couple of minutes to sign in to the restaurants WiFi, especially if paying the bill with your phone app. We had a lovely meal, both cooked to perfection and tried out a sweet pizza, which was an unusual experience, but maybe not the right choice after a meal and starters too. I was able to have gluten free pasta with my meal as well, which was a bonus for me. We wanted mixed olives, but only green were available, so we had those and were not disappointed. They were really tasty & not hard at all, like some. The atmosphere was very relaxed and all staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. If I visit London again, I would definitely consider having a meal at this Bella Vista again.

Fantastic service and great food. The hardest part is taking a chance that you'll get a seat on the weekend with no reservations taken. After talking to a bot on the phone (admittedly a reasonable one), I had to call back and say "human" to get transferred and speak to a helpful person at the restaurant. The person was able to advise of no reservations on weekends. Updating the bot to say this would be helpful rather than for it to keep advising that no reservations are available within 2 hours of my requested time. This nearly lost 6 guests, if not for perseverance on my part.... 🍕🍷🍝

Chef adapted menu to suit our dietary requirements. He made a wonderful pasta with pommodero sauce peppers mushrooms courgettes and onion. Delicious. It should be added to the menu. I wanted no wine in my prawn pasta and it was done. Waitress outstanding. Really looked after us.

Food was delicious and arrived really quickly. We was really impressed with the service and the atmosphere was lovely. Staff were lovely. We was served by Baba who was super friendly, funny and helped me when using the vouchers that I had. Would definitely recommend this place for a romantic evening meal without breaking the bank :)

We reserved a table as it was my husband's birthday. Had a lovely meal (2 course). Was treated to free lemoncello! Thank you Belia Italia! Then on to see 2:22 Ghost. Great evening!

Food was delicious. I made an online booking they said it is not valid. Many people are waiting. But there was already empty tables inside. After 1 minute of waiting they accepted me and my wife. Our table was next to cashier and kitchen. And their dish sound which they collect from empty tables, makes alot of noise. Rest was just fine. Friendly waiters etc.
